I was so pleased to hear that this Cody's had gone out of business!!! Obviouly they had a problem with food, service and entertainment. Looking forward to a new restaurant in its place.

They closed it for good, stripped the inside. We used to love this place.

Somebody had a bad day. Need to train employees. Waiting to be seated. No one working the front entry. Watching tables being cleared by flinging food from the table to chair tops to the floor should have been our clew to leave. Received our menus and drinks timely but then had to flag down waiter to order our food. Food was received timely and tasted good but neither order was what we asked for. We were offered to have our food orders corrected. We accepted apology, but didn't want to waste the food nor wait for what we wanted. Seems like a fun place. Disappointed. Have had good experiences in the past. Hope this was just an off day. Good luck in the future.

First and last trip to cody,s on 42. My rib eye was fair at best. Service can,t say it bad because we did not have any. No refill on drinks on this watch. Texas Road House next time. Same price better food with service.

Service was good. Our waiter was Hunter, who was very professional & personable. Our baked potato was cold. He offered to take care of it but we were full and thanked him for offering. The steak was very fatty but good. We heard from another couple that this location has had many management changes.

We have been here several times, food is fantastic, service is a little slow but happy hour with Two for one beers makes up for it

Service today was not on point. Although generally when I sit outside at the bar I have no complaints but today was not I guess a good day... Bartender seemed like she was out there in another world... It's rather important for outside issues to be left outside in order to give great customer service or at least attention to the people who are helping you pay your bills ?? just saying.Get in game woman??

Went there Saturday around 5:30. There was a 1/2 hour wait. Went to restroom and saw a couple empty tables. Counted them on the way back to the front and there were 7 open tables and the hostess was telling people coming in the wait was now 45 minutes. Saw several parties leave after being told that. Some of those waiting were complaining about the empty tables available.

Service was terrible and that was the High point of the visit. 230pm on Saturday and very few people. Took forever, then they served my stuffed flounder....and it was RAW. I complained and they took it off the check, but INSISTED that I pay for the cup of salty soup and the iced tea. I hope I don't get sick from the fish, but in Any case there are lots and lots of OTHER restaurants around. Will NEVER WASTE MY TIME AND MONEY here. I suggest that you AVOID CODY'S FOR YOUR own HEALTH AND SAFETY.

We enjoyed a stuffed flounder dinner, along with all the salad you can eat and sweet potato rolls.. the food was prepared very very good although the service was very very slow, it was a very busy night.. overall I would recommend Cody's.. we will be back

This location is absolutely awful. Ran out of Prime Rib, Ribeyes and Porterhouse at 7:00 on a Saturday. Waited almost 40 minutes for food. My baked potato was undercooked and the butter wouldn't even melt! Steak was raw in the middle. When I complained, General manager accused me of drinking in an effort to intimidate me and insult me. I've been in recovery over 8 years. Was absolutely floored! Kitchen manager was rude and condescending. I will definitely be contacting corporate offices. Don't waste your time here! Go to Longhorn or Texas Roadhouse where they know what they're doing and care about the quality of their food! Mulberry needs a complete overhaul of management and employees! Awful!

we've been dining with them for almost a year. They have a rotisserie chicken that is juicy and delicious. it's so huge that you would definitely have leftovers. are waitress Lisa was awesome.

Well, once again, we walked out of this particular Cody’s. After being seated, we were ignored. This happened to us once before. We stopped going to Cody’s altogether for quite awhile. We wound up at another Cody’s in the Villages and told our server about our previous experience. This server was great. She explained that she also worked at the Mulberry store and promised us better service. We started coming in at least once a week. There was once or twice that our favorite server wasn’t working and it showed, we got lousy service. Never even saw the manager. She now works at other stores. We thought we would give it a shot, however, like I said, we got ignored. Who knows what the service would have been. After sitting there with a family of 6 for more than 10 minutes, we left. The store was not in the least busy. We were seated right away and there were many empty tables. My husband is a business owner up the street and is asked regularly for restaurant suggestions, he will no longer recommend this restaurant. We have been burned too often, we will not come back to this Cody’s
