This is the only Cody‘s I’ve visited and will be the last. Went to this one two years ago and now know why it took so long to return. Awful! The health department should visit soon. Your safety is at risk! The Busser cleaned the table by brushing food particles and crumbs onto the cement floor, where there were puddles of water and other food crumbs that had been crushed and tracked throughout the place. Very unsanitary. One worker dropped the peanut holders on the floor and then picked them up and put them on a table without sanitizing them. The men’s room was very slippery due to water on the floor and grease from foot traffic. Definitely a hazard. I almost slipped and fell as did another patron. The food was so-so, the Greeter acted like she didn’t even want to be there, but the Server was pleasant. After $150 dinner for four and $25 tip I thought this was a waste of money and will never return. Don’t spend your hard earned money, be disappointed and take the risk of poor Health safety for mediocre food. There are many better and safer places. I know what I’m talking about because I owned a chain of five restaurants before retirement.
Good food. Similar to Texas Roadhouse.

I had the special baby back ribs, full rack for lunch. Only $20, nice fresh dinner salad and crispy fries. Washed down with a cold Yingling beer on tap, which was 2/4/1. Not a bad late lunch.
The place was hopping with mostly regulars, and live music was getting ready to start.

Love the buy one, get one fajitas! Server was super busy and not attentive. Maybe just a night where she wasn't feeling it. I'll still be back!

A good restaurant and bar in the villages, Florida. The food is usually pretty good and the drinks are awesome. It's a great crowd.

We had Cody's where we moved from and it was okay. The Brownwood Cody's is far and above that one. Food and service are great. This is one of our go to places.

I had the fajitas with chicken and shrimp, and could not eat the almost frozen tortillas. They should be slightly warm, making them tasty and manageable! Being from Texas, this was a big disappointment. Otherwise, all was good. The wait was minimal, our server was good, the atmosphere was contagious, and the rest of the food was good even though the shrimp was small and a little over cooked.

The food was burnt and charred you couldn't even eat it over an hour to get the food and we couldn't even eat it. Talked to a manager she made it right That's all we could ask for.
