I recently tried Culver's for the first time, and my only regret is not having tried it sooner! The burgers and fries were excellent. Most burger places are either hit/miss. Their custard was also so tasty and creamy. The flavor of the day is a great idea. I like the concept and how they changed it. Overall, I recommend trying Culver's. They can sometimes be busy, but I don't mind waiting for good food

This review is of mixed feelings, I visited this location on several occasions and it’s always busy which is great for them, the food is pretty good, my favorites are the custards and the curds. My experience dining in recently was OK, the young lady who took my order was kind but lacked personality and the ability to answer questions about their menu items. I got the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the GM as she happened to be walking behind the girl taking my order. She rudely interrupted us then proceeded to belittle the young lady directly in front of me, this was highly unprofessional and displayed a pure lack of disrespect for her employee. When I was done I took my number and found a booth for my friends and I. We sat and watched the GM laugh and carry on with a couple other employees and then I heard something absolutely disgusting come out of her mouth to a young early 20’s kid who appears to be special needs, bless his heart, he can’t help himself. I won’t repeat what was said all I can say is whoever is above the GM needs to put her through sensitivity training and management training. Due to her behavior and lack of understanding of people, I don’t think we will be back. Imagine her judging everyone coming through the doors and running her mouth to others.
This place is always busy, making you think it must be good. I waited almost 20min for a few ice creams and a fish sandwich in which none of them were really that good. I purchased medium ice cream concrete shakes that weren't even filled to the top. With 4 mediums not filled all the way, they pretty much cheat you out of about a 1/4 to a 1/2 cup of ice cream. The fish sandwich was so small I thought it was a kids meal and it had no flavor, it was very dry and not worth the wait at all. Dairy Queen is much better in my opinion.

I must say, burgers locally are hit and miss but Culver's burger (my first) was fantastic. Really enjoyed a fresh tasting burger with all the fixings and fries were great as well. Staff very nice and genuine which is rare. Lived here 4 years and just now trying, I missed out until now!

**Staff needs more detailed training in all areas.*Place was not busy and food order took long. By the time food was delivered to the table, it “Was Not Hot”. *The Cod was in the fryer too long and fries were barely warm.*Pot Roast Sandwich was overcooked and dried out. Also, No paper menu was available for the different varieties of custard choices. (Ocala always has them).*“Culver’s on Rt. 200 in Ocala” Is Much Better with no issues. Food Always comes to the table Hot and Not Overcooked. They are always very busy inside as well as the drive through. Very Clean!Will not go back to this location.
