This one star review is for the owners and managers that think pitting employees against each other with a board that shows milestones and how poorly others may be doing in comparison to others. Y’all are already short staffed and you managers and owners think this will change matters? The staff I’ve encountered are all lovely but clearly stressed to the max because of the seemingly unrealistic expectations. Spend the money you’re NOT giving the employees (because we all know you don’t pay well) on training your own selves on building morale in a way that actually works.

It’s so disappointing to see Dunkin’s has lost its way. The donuts continue to shrink. I’d estimate they are half the weight of the wonderful ones I grew up with.

Any time I come here something is wrong. It doesn’t matter how many people they have working. Often, the drive through is closed, they’re out of various items and just today I came to get a turkey sausage wrap and was told that all of their wraps are currently frozen. I wish this weren’t the only Dunkin’ Donuts option on this side of town.
If I could leave negative stars I would. When I placed my order it was read back to me and read correctly as I had ordered. When I got to the window my coffee did not have cold foam but the woman repeated my order back and said cold foam and after telling the woman that my coffee was missing that, she told me I wasn't charged and commented so she couldn't do anything about it. I kindly asked for a refund in which time the manager Brittany Smith came to the window and said what's wrong with it. I asked her for the refund and she said I can just fix it for you. I said ok that would be fine. When she approached the window and handed me the drink she had a horrible attitude and commented the next time if I don't say it when I order I will be charged. I tried to explain I did order and she quickly cut me off calling me a liar saying she was listening and I didn't say that. I was very offended she spoke to me that way and asked her for my refund and she said but I fixed your drink. And I explained that I no longer wanted it because she was very rude about it. At that time she refused my refund until I pulled forward and she would bring it out. I told her I would wait right there just to give my refund so I could leave. She then lied saying she couldn't access the cash drawer until she cashed out the next vehicle. Then she tells me she was calling the police to have me trespassed. After parking and going inside I asked for my refund again and she responded I will give it to you when the police get here and I have you trespassed. After a few more exchanged words she unlocks the cash drawer and refunds me. After getting home I realized we also did not get our everything bagel bites that we were charged for. Worst customer service experience ever!!!

I work for Door Dash, Uber Eats, Lyft. Both times I come here I'm waiting for the order and when I'm asking the basic question a delivery person needs to ask to verify the order I am met with cold stares and silence. Passive aggressive tone which is totally unwarranted. I will be canceling any orders I get for this location. I could understand if you have a new person working and you're a little backed up but the rudeness was totally unnecessary!!!

I have ordered from my local store on my way to work 3 different times now (I just started going to DD) I have ordered the Sourdough breakfast sandwich and I ask for sausage and American cheese and all 3 times I have received bacon with white cheddar... unfortunately I am on my way to work each time so I don't have time to go back and have them correct it.. not sure if I will be going back.. I am normally a 3 strikes and your out. Or I will definitely have to hold the drive thru line up and start checking everything before I pull away from the window (and I don't like to feel like I should have to do that)... I feel like when we go to work we only have 1 job to do and that is our job.. I do understand mistakes and being human but when the mistake happens 3 times in a row that is not a good thing. So all I can say is ya'll check your orders!!Ps... I don't like leaving reviews like this but I feel I have been forced to this time!
