I do not recommend this location. They do not have chocolate long johns. Secondly, I got Boston cream. They put four of them in a sack stacked them one on top of the other so it's just a giant mess in the bag. First and last visited to this location.

What a shame you can’t get a decent cuppa. Just wanted a cream and sugar medium coffee. I should have opened and sampled it there- my bad. No sugar and coffee was dark I mean maybe a thimble of cream.went back to give another try and big mistake,I ended up next door at Macdonald .

Some staff members appallingly rude at the window. Examples such as handing a cup out of the window without the lid on that splashed coffee over my hands and dress clothes. I said, you did not put the lid on properly and she glared at me. I asked for napkins and she shoved them out of the window at me, no apology. Another time I pull in at 4:30 p.m. and ask if there is fresh coffee and I am told no. I actually have found this to be the absolute worst Dunkin in the villages area. I drive 15 minutes or more now to get hot fresh coffee from friendly and professional staff members. Some of the colony employees are ruining this business.

This one star review is for the owners and managers that think pitting employees against each other with a board that shows milestones and how poorly others may be doing in comparison to others. Y’all are already short staffed and you managers and owners think this will change matters? The staff I’ve encountered are all lovely but clearly stressed to the max because of the seemingly unrealistic expectations. Spend the money you’re NOT giving the employees (because we all know you don’t pay well) on training your own selves on building morale in a way that actually works.
