I work for Door Dash, Uber Eats, Lyft. Both times I come here I'm waiting for the order and when I'm asking the basic question a delivery person needs to ask to verify the order I am met with cold stares and silence. Passive aggressive tone which is totally unwarranted. I will be canceling any orders I get for this location. I could understand if you have a new person working and you're a little backed up but the rudeness was totally unnecessary!!!

I have ordered from my local store on my way to work 3 different times now (I just started going to DD) I have ordered the Sourdough breakfast sandwich and I ask for sausage and American cheese and all 3 times I have received bacon with white cheddar... unfortunately I am on my way to work each time so I don't have time to go back and have them correct it.. not sure if I will be going back.. I am normally a 3 strikes and your out. Or I will definitely have to hold the drive thru line up and start checking everything before I pull away from the window (and I don't like to feel like I should have to do that)... I feel like when we go to work we only have 1 job to do and that is our job.. I do understand mistakes and being human but when the mistake happens 3 times in a row that is not a good thing. So all I can say is ya'll check your orders!!Ps... I don't like leaving reviews like this but I feel I have been forced to this time!

The ladies always make my coffee to perfection unlike other Dunkin’ Donuts. They are always fast and friendly! I’ll travel 15 mins to get a coffee from there cuz I know it’s going to tasty ?

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They are rude they don’t care what you ordered they just give you what they want. I recommend no one goes here. They need to fire everyone in there and start over. They never get my coffee order right and they don’t care to. They will never get my business

They closed the indoor seating making everyone go to the drive through seemingly solely so that you cannot check their work. EVERY TIME I've been through the drive thru they SCREWED up the order. This store needs management attention ASAP.

Wouldn't open doors, told me "drive thru only today", then an hour later had to open the lobby because the drive thru machine wasn't working..Prior to this I went there and ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich, the coffee was wrong and the sandwich was cold.. I work in this area 7 days a week and will drive down the road to starbucks from now on.

I ordered through the drive through a dozen assorted donuts. I ask for 6 of the cake and 6 if the glazed type. I asked that they mix them up. They gave me all plain. 6 cake a6 glazed. Really? What part of mix them up did they not understand.

Ordered on app for lobby pickup, Lobby not open at 6:30 when app says they open at 5am, so I had to wait behind cars in drive thru. Two items were ready but received a half full cup. Yes, there’s foam but even the foam wasn’t near the 3/4 mark….pulling the foam back, the cup was barely half full. Ultimately, I don’t believe they would have served this in the lobby, so why serve it in the drive thru?As a customer, I like to go places that appreciate the customer and want to delight them, instead of making excuses. At a minimum, they should say what they do and do what they say. Sadly, this Dunkin’ Donuts is not one of those places.

This establishment was very lacking in customer service for me. First off, when I entered the facility, I was finally able to establish that the screaming child was in the back room/kitchen. Then the selection was very limited. And finally, they did not have any receipt paper. I believe the screaming child in the back to be highly unprofessional if not a violation of health codes.
