Ive been using this dunkin for a while now cause its very convenient for my job. This morning I ordered my usual donut and iced coffee. They have me pull up as usual. I waited about 20 minutes until I got fed up and went Inside. They told me they had to make more iced coffee but the person in back of me got their order quick. They need to do better.

No one waits on you when you're in there you could stand there forever and no one will wait on you. Can't believe someone actually hired these people to work there there was one good employee she's always overworked. I saw more people walk out then actually got waited on Starbucks is right down the street after all these years it will now be my go-to place they need to get a whole new crew in that place

Very slow service. We ordered two drinks and one order of the bagel bites. Were told to pull up as every other car probably to show that the drive thru timing is quick for corporate. Coffee was very milky and food was cold. Very disappointed. Plus we waited 18 minutes for bagel bites.

They are short staffed. The ladies were great regardless. Tried the Matcha. Not for me, I'll stick to coffee.

There are a lot of DDs I visit in the area, and this Dunkin is the best! They're fast, friendly, and always accurate. Very consistent!

Ive come to this Dunkin Donuts often because I work close by and this is by far the slowest Dunkin I've ever been to.. there was 5 ppl ahead of me and it took me 25/30 minutes to get thru the drive thru line... Idk why they take orders one at a time at this location but that's why the line gets so backed up and it takes forever.. come at your own risk.. and Sunday mornings are definitely a no-go here..

Every time at the drive through they make you pull up to the white line to avoid the bell notice letting cooperate know they aren't fast enough

I did as mobil order for a bagel. Pickup thru drive thru. Got down the road and bagel appeared burnt and not an everything bagel. The excuse was they have a good baker and a bad baker and all the bagels look like that. I didn't get a Pic. But while I was waiting I witnessed the girl digging in her nose messing with her nose ring then proceeded to make someone's drink without washing her hands. She touched 4 or 5 differently syrup and the inside of this person's cup. After i saud something they still handed the frozen drink to the person in the drivethru. Disgusting! Do better dunkin.

I use the drive through for my morning beverage. Been coming here for years. This by far one of the best run out store out of all those years. Management is great, the worker working the drive thru is super nice and on point. Good job.

I ordered 2 Sabrina strawberry daydream refreshers and got 2 dragon refreshers they added no cheese to one of my other items then yesterday my mom ordered a peppermint drink they put NO peppermint it tasted Soo bad. I asked for a pink sprinkle donut there wasn’t sprinkles

Shoutout to Nicole at the Southern Trace Dunkin. She is REALLY killing it at her job. She is SO incredibly kind and friendly and her customer service is amazing. My best friend and I visited this location recently and we were helped by Nicole and she really is super knowledgeable about everything and made us feel right at home.

While waiting on my food the guy threw it on the counter 3 times after putting the wrong sticker on it. I ordered a loaded hash brown and they didn’t put any bacon in it when I paid for bacon. Terrible atmosphere, terrible workers.

It's SOOOO disappointing for The Villages FL to have a coffee spot with some of the worst costumer service food/drinks always wrong they need to pull you forward for a hot black coffee nothing else with no one behind you ITS SOOO SAD WHERES CORPORATE WHEN YOU NEED THEM
