This is one of the best Dunkin’ Donuts around. Coffee is always hot and iced coffee always made right.

Let me preface my review by saying that I am from New England and I have been a committed Dunkin customer my entire life. I highly dislike the other local coffee shops so I will not give up on Dunkin. With that being said, this is the location closest to my house and I order from here often. However, regardless of what drink I order it is NEVER right when I go in to pick it up. My order always asks for cold foam and there is never cold foam on my drink. I just don't understand because it is clearly printed on the label every single time. I even order ahead on the app so they aren't having to rush to make my order while I am standing there. I could order the same drink from there every day for a week and it will never taste the same. I would just ask for more consistency in the drink making. As I first said, I will not give up on Dunkin but I would just hope that this location specifically could do a little better.

I used to enjoy Dunkin but it seems now a days they do not care about what you order.... I usually get a bagel lightly toasted with EXTRA cream cheese and I will always gladly pay the extra $$ for it but when I get the bagel and I unwrap it there is barely enough cream cheese to be the NORMAL amount let alone the extra that I've PAID EXTRA FOR!!! Then when you say something to them they act like YOU'RE the issue not them...... I will not be coming back to this specific dunkin anymore.

Why not just fill it up all the way?… when people ask for light ice it’s not that hard. Edit- I tried to give them another chance went there asked for very light ice this time and they filled it all the way to the top with ice (I drank it in a few seconds because there was more ice than drink).

We ordered a basic coffee and another drink.
They were able to get the order correct and out in a quick manner. Will definitely be going back. It also helps that Dunkin is cheaper than the green coffee shop! 😀

On my daughter's last day of school, we always send her with donuts to share with the class and teachers. I placed an online order an hour before we got there and selected specific donuts for the order just so they'd be ready and we would get exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately when we arrived neither order was ready (total of 4 dozen) and the selection of donuts left wasn't what we wanted at all. We had to settle for whatever we could get 2 dozen of quickly, in order to get to the school on time. Still haven't received my refund for the 2nd dozen we never got, even though I was promised one over the phone when I called to express our disappointment in the experience. Don't depend on this store if it's of any importance. They don't take care of online orders and lie about refunds to get you off the phone apparently. Will not be going back, ever.
