They are the slowest Dunkin Iāve ever been to and they mess up the order every single time.
I have to park for 5-10 min every time I go through the drive through for a sandwich and hash browns and itās always wrong, burnt, or under cooked.
This location is why I have stopped going to Dunkin regularly

I always love Dunkin and will always rate it highly. They continue to carry a variety of sugar-free coffee flavors (- why their competitor lost my business when they discontinued theirs). The frozen coffee with oat milk and SF vanilla is my favorite NOT-guilty pleasure. I wish Dunkin would include it as an option in deals where they spotlight 'Signature' drinks. None of their signatures are SF. The Villages Wedgewood location prepares my frozen coffee the BEST. I'm not sure what they do differently, but it's consistently tastier than other locations I frequent.

I always get a small decaf, Carmel, liquid sugar, 1 cream, and cold foam. But I swear the drink they just gave me had expired cold foam. It tasted sour. I got a remake and it still tastes weird. I swear some of the products are expired

Just went to drive-through & ordered a medium macchiato. The coffee taste fine and it was made very quickly. however, the woman working the drive-through named Kiara could really use better training. I donāt know what was said, but she was huffing and puffing at somebody on the headset. Then my coffee came to the window. She says hereās your macchiato And slams the window shut Before I could even ask her For a straw. At that point I just left And picked one up from the gas station. The parking lot was literally empty, and no other customers was there. I could possibly understand if they were busy. However, with that type of attitude, I donāt think Iāll be returning to this location.

Iāve been to this Dunkin several times and there is always an issue. They ALWAYS mess up the orders and then when I go to ask about the reason for their mistake the common claim is that they are out of an ingredient/beverage. I would much rather be told while Iām ordering in the drive through that they are out of an item instead of them just giving the incorrect order and saying nothing about it. This has happened multiple times at this location.
I typically enjoy a good egg sandwich ? in the morning, not always everyday, but when I do, I want a real egg sandwich, not one made with powdered eggs, a crumbling biscuit, and rubber meat. This particular Dunkin' has actually fulfilled the vision. Try the sausage ? , egg? and cheese ? on a sesame seed bagel and tell 'em USN sent ya'.... You won't be disappointed ??

The new manager is rude. I used to work at this location, and Iāve been coming to this location for a while. Have never had an issue with any employee giving me my military discount. It wasnāt until yesterday she went to take my order, I ordered my normal and asked for my military discount. The manager asked me for my ID, I showed her my veterans ID and she told me āthatās not youā I said āyes it isā and she proceeded to tell me āyou are not that personā HANDED me my ID back and didnāt give me my discount. Whatever. This morning I came in, she took my order again and I asked if I could actually get my military discount this time. She said āyeah as long as you show me another ID with that same name on itā I had to show her my LICENSE in order to get the discount. Which Iām not sure is legal since Iām not buying alcohol or tobacco. Itās 2024 learn to read the room.

It's almost like no one cares about their job anymore. This particular Dunkin can't seem to be bothered. The service is slow and half the time the food is either missing an ingredient or cold. Today I was excited to try one of the new empanadas. Just to get down the road, open my food and it was cold. ? Do better Dunkin!
