Definitely the best Dunkin Donuts in The Villages. The one in Lady Lake is trashhhhh. Never have any donuts and get mad when you order the box o' joe. I'd rather make coffee at home with the back of my head on the burner and using my eye sockets to boil the water than go to Lady Lake Dunkin.

I live in The Villages. I went here Saturday evening around 6:30 to get my granddaughter a donut and a refresher. Before placing my order, I needed to use the restroom, they were blocked off. The older female employee told me the women's was out of order. I told her I didn't mind using the men's (no one was in the establishment), she then told me that the bathrooms were closed for the night at 6pm, every night. What?!? I had to leave the business to use a restroom and come back! Your employees are rude and the food was stale. If you're open for business, so should your restrooms be. Do better!

Unfortunately I got to the restaurant just in time to watch the woman making my food eat some of the bacon, while she was in the middle of preparing it with her gloves on. At the very least she could have hidden behind the wall that was a foot away so the general public wouldn’t know that was happening. Not super thrilled to eat my breakfast anymore 😞
Hit or miss. Some of the staff here is excellent - friendly, know the menu, fast and quality service. Some are terrible and need retraining which seem to be the ones that have been working there longer? 2 of the women that work the front register are so hard to deal with they are the reason I don't get coffee here some days. Cranky, unwelcoming and inclined to get orders wrong or overcharge you due to lack of knowledge. Be careful here.
