I don’t care to complain often but there is complaining and then there is being honest. The food here was terrible. It was cold, the chorizo hash was breakfast potatoes and they were rubbery as if they had sat in a metal warmer for an entire morning. The salsa verde tasted like green salsa that sat in the jar past its expiration and it tasted like vinegar. I went with my neighbor and her food was the same. Looking around at the plates of what people were eating, I don’t understand all the great reviews. We ended up leaving.

Sat for 45 minutes to WAIT to order. Waited another 45 to get cold order. Was supposed to be hot only one egg not two. Best thing was the biscuit. Won't ever go again. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Go here waste your money. Just wanted to leave after taking a few bites took another twenty + to get check oay and leave. 1st and last time. Definitely not worth trying this one. I expect it to fail soon.

We like sitting at the counter because Lisa D always acknowledges us and provides us with great service. Also, food is consistently good and comes out especially fast when the owner is cooking!

This was our first time to the Flying Biscuit and it did not disappoint! Missy our server was amazing!!! The food and atmosphere was superb! We will definitely be back!
We really enjoyed this place and will return again. First impression on staff wasn’t great as the person seating us seemed like they didn’t want to be there and then we got sat next to the kitchen so had to hear the word corner yelled repeatedly throughout our time there. Food was good but bland at the same time and we find this alot around The Villages. Biscuit gravy wasn’t really to our liking as it seemed to have a weird taste to it but this is probably just the cooks recipe Definitely would recommend for anyone to try and was not a negative experience in any way just try to sit away from kitchen entrance. 😆
