After waiting for 45 minutes on a Sunday night I was not expecting much but the food here is truly delicious. I got the enchiladas Verdes and I couldn't be happier about the flavor, temperature and presentation. Top notch where it matters. Unfortunately, this place seems to be having an employee shortage as the service was sub par. After being seated we were not presented with the customary chips and salsa (great salsa!) for 15 minutes which we had delivered about 1 minute before our full meal. When my glass of water ran dry, I had to drink my mother's water until the waiter could finally be found. And as I already mentioned, the 45 minute wait when there were many empty tables around. This place has great food but many may never know that as I myself witnessed at least one couple walk out the door after waiting for 20 minutes unseated.

ABSOLUTE WORST W/ NO APOLOGIES
At 1:29p on Saturday 04/05/2025 I walked out of this establishment, not having eaten after being there for over 45 minutes when I finally went into ask Where my food? It was rushed out and the server/manager told me they had had a big party and that they were very sorry. I asked how long it had been sitting in the window and he said 15 minutes. Our food came out ice cold and the server/manager did not see any problem with that. When I told him we were not going to eat it, that we would pay for the drinks, he said, no, that's okay, you can just leave. Yhe restaurant had a normal amount of people in it, and the big party was a party of 8.. we both ordered enchiladas, but then again, we were 2 females sitting at a table...
I've had some bad experiences in the villages with restaurants, this was the ABSOLUTE WORST and they had no apologies about it..

Service was good. The chicken raco salad was very good. A littke kacking in indoor atmosphere but, I'd go back again. ( they had music on their patio. A plus)

We sat outside for an early dinner. Everything was perfect. We started with chips and salsa. Then we had a chicken chimichanga with rice & beans, chicken bowl, Arnold Palmer, and Frozen Strawberry Margarita with an extra side of Tequila on the side. No complaints!

3/12/25: Edit: Thanks for your response. The ONLY way we would give your restaurant another chance is if you gave us $45 worth of free food. Because the food we already paid for, was awful & thrown in the the trash. Why would we pay you to just throw our dinner away again? We are in the area at least once a week & if you're willing to make it right , I'll edit my review to say that. As of now, my review of 🤢 stays!

We WON'T be back! 🤢 We decided to try a new place, so we ordered online & picked it up on our way home after a long day. We ordered 4 items, a chile verde dinner, a burrito California, plus 2 sides, a pork tamale (NOT knowing it would be soaked in green sauce, it says nothing about the sauce on the menu!) & a chile rellano WITH NO SAUCE. When we got home (more than 20 miles away) we opened the containers & were immediately disgusted! There's green sauce on the TINY tamale (I've NEVER seen a tamale so small OR one with sauce on it) there's some kind of sauce on the chile rellano (when I made sure to order NO SAUCE & it was confirmed on the sales slip) & the chile verde dinner - which was so disgusting my husband couldn't eat it. The only edible part of what we ordered was the burrito - the rest of the food was thrown away. After splitting the burrito between us, my husband was still hungry - so I ended up having to cook something for him, which is what we were trying to avoid to begin with. I will be disputing the transaction with my bank since they never answered the phone after calling them several times. I refuse to pay about $45 for ONE burrito! We love Mexican food & have NEVER had such HORRIBLE food! I took photos, but apparently there's no way to add them to this Google review. 😡 I will be posting them to their FB page if they have one. This place serves SLOP, not Mexican food! 🤮
