Tried this establishment again against my better judgement. At the moment my wife and I walked in with my mother and father in law we immediately walked back out. The floor was sticky, dirty and if that's how the floor looks I can oy imagine that they cannot respect the food. They need to take better care of their restaurant or hire people that will. I've only had bad experiences here on multiple occasions both as a door dasher and a paying customer. Do better

I have eaten in IHOP restaurants my entire life and they never disappoint, however, I regret to say that the Service and the quality of food we received around 3 PM. Today was subpar. The server who seated us was very courteous however, we sat for at least 15 minutes waiting for him to take our order. We were one of 4 total tables. Coffee didn’t appear until our food was brought to the table. I sound like a real Karen and that is not me. The food was room temperature and that was when we decided to leave. The cook did offer to remake the meals, but after wasting 40 minutes in there, we couldn’t chance it.

I ordered the strawberry waffles and crêpes that are supposed to come With strawberries as well, and I got legit one strawberry cut up into a few pieces and sprinkled over the waffle. I was very disappointed. The Quality of the food was OK not the best
