We went at 7 pm. All the bread they had was white bread and rosemary. I got the white bread but wanted wheat. The white bread was hard and not fresh. The atmosphere was neutral, not friendly but not rude. I won’t go back to this store because of the lack of choice with bread even tho they had 2 hours before they closed.

For the 4th time in a month, my husband stopped in to get his sub and my salad and didn’t care for the way he was waited on. This is not a fussy person. He walks in the door- 4 people in front of him- and was yelled at by the guy cutting the meat what he wanted. That was not great customer service. He did know what we wanted but as he was waiting behind these other customers, the girl at the register rang him up and then got the total wrong which he corrected her. Didn’t get to watch our order being made cause EVERYONE was IN FRONT of him! Wasn’t sure what he ended up with. Lucky for them it was him and not me there because they would have taken the whole thing apart so I could see what I was paying for! Tuesday January 14 2025

Spent 27$ on a extra large portabella steak sub with extra meat charged and this is what I get... They completely screwed up my son's sub he won't even eat it complete waste of time and money

Order was placed 15 minutes ahead of time, pick up time was 10:51. When I arrived the bag was sitting empty with a printed ticket, wasn’t made until 11:07. They don’t realize people work and that’s why you order ahead of time. Would’ve been faster to have gone through the line

Subway does a better job, sad to say. We’ve gone to Jersey Mike’s enough to know better. Usually our subs are stuffed really good. This time it was like leaving Subway instead of Jersey Mike’s. Otherwise the food was good. If this is the new business model we might as well go to Subway.

I bought a giant Italian sub. It was all filler, the meats was practically see-thru. Never disappointed til now. It was very lightweight for a Giant sub. I would've gone back but i was already home. I won't come back unless you make the subs worth it. 18 dollars for half the weight.

Arrived before 11am. 2 employees filling catering orders one making an on line order. She said be with you shortly. I waited. She took my order and a lady came in for one of the large orders the 2 were working on. She said she wanted to add to her order. The employee started working on her add on before mine. I'd been waiting patiently for ten minutes and someone who came in after me was waited on. Last time. Rude is rude.
Ordered ahead 1 sub and still took them an additional 10 minutes to make a sub on top of the 15 minutes we ordered ahead

Not comfortable, how the manager was talking to new employee , berating her in front of customers my sandwich was like I was at Chipotle begging for more topping but I couldn't do that because I didn't want the new person to be berated for my toppings my bread was stale and on the hard side

Come here every time I am in town, it’s always decent. However it’s time to ditch those mustard bottles. This isn’t subway, those bottles are terrible and blast your sandwich with mustard.

We arrived at this location shortly after it opened for the day. All the tables inside had crumbs on them. The floor was visibly dirty, so much so that I was sliding around on it in my sneakers. Is it not protocol to clean the store at the end of the night or before opening for the day? The tomatoes were stacked in a pyramid in the bin and clearly not cold. The manager and the employees were speaking very disrespectfully to each other. I love Jersey Mike’s but will never come back to this location.
