I visited your location last week during the holidays and actually I spoke about the incident with the waiter. The internet is free to report any incident, and you should continue taking preventative measures to avoid them. I still enjoy the food and atmosphere of this franchise here in Orlando. Accidents happen.

I’m not normally one to complain about a restaurant especially working in them and being in hospitality but this was restaurant was dirty. Our table was sticky, the floors looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Booths ripped the widow we sat by was covered in dust. I was disgusted and should have left. Our server was rude, brought my refill in a Togo cup with no ice told me to poor in in the glass I already had, put her server book on our table to write down our order and leaned all over us, I ordered a chili dog it was $9 and did not come with a side plus the $4 for my soda. Two kids meals 8.99 a piece plus another $8 per milkshake they were okay. Our total was $45 dollars and the food portion and quality did not show that price. I was highly disappointed and will not be returning again.

We decided to go and order inside the restaurant this was a wonderful experience . You see them working hard they focused and in line all doing their job this was pretty impressive to see them working together as a team we ordered a lot of food and shakes to go and we only waited 16 min the food was delicious the and shakes even better . Super good food and shakes . I would try the onion rings you won’t be dissatisfied there super good and fresh .
We were seated quickly, service was amazing, restaurant was super clean! Food came out hot and fresh! We had a chicken wrap, fries, grilled cheese and vanilla shake. Every thing was on spot :) Bonus points for staff working as team and seeming happy to be at work !

We stopped in for dessert to go. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We ordered apple pie Alamode and a hot fudge sundae. The server that waited on us was slow moving. When she brought a Styrofoam box out to make a hot fudge sundae she had help trying to shake the hot fudge out of the bottle, taking the lid off, touching the top of it with their hands. She proceeded to scoop the ice cream using her bare hand to put it on the scoop and then after picking up a nasty dish rag Reached in the sprinkle and almond bottles with her fingers and sprinkled the sundae. When she brought it to the counter we canceled the order. We would never return. Gross! The manager definitely needs to review hygiene practices.

First time at a Johnny Rockets and it was good. The burgers were pretty good, I had the Spicy Houston burger, overall it was good but the jalapenos were pretty low quality. The fries and shakes were excellent though. Service was somewhat slow to start but once we ordered it was picked up. The atmosphere was great, exactly as I expected. I would recommend a visit for sure.
