Most disappointing experience we had in the Villages. Place was dirty. One cook was brushing out his Afro on the grill line. Employees were eating at the counter in full view. Hostess was unintelligible.

It took 8 min to take our drink order....food was tasteless and cooled off. Waiters were running all over indoors and outdoors. Yet people came in who got immediate drinks & orders taken. We won't be going back ever again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Took us 15 mins to get a take out order placed in person when there was nobody in line in front of us. Service was very slow. Place was way understaffed.The staff that helped us was very nice. But they need more staff to effectively service the customer.

Had another great breakfast at the counter. Very fast and extremely helpful service. Great 50's Diner ambiance and music. Cinnamon French Toast was superb and only $6.99. My wife's grilled english muffins were a real treat. I've had fluffy pancakes and eggs over easy on other occasions - excellent and reasonably priced by today's standards. If you enjoy grilled diner food with a terrific staff (had Aidan this morning - SO helpful), definitely try it for BREAKFAST.

It was a pleasure to work with Blake , the manager for he can be recognized for the person that made a difference. Blake really understood teamwork and was kind with my disabilities, and never made me feel less.. others I’ve worked with week after week, would get.worse with snarky comments about me, unfortunately my mental disability hit me harder and harder.. I had to protect myself. I’ll never forget Blake for understanding me and helping me breathe in the office rather than make me feel less than I was., and being treated like a human punching bag from some others for their own amusement !! .. I’ll keep yall in my prayers for growth, happiness and peace.. Always love thy neighbor, no one is better than anyone else, we all bleed blue. Thank you Blake, the manager.. the five stars is for you!!! Seriously though, I hope many doors open for you, your a great person at heart!!
