So I heard that KFC doesn’t taste the same anymore. So tonight we decided to try it. Service was great! But the Extra Crispy chicken does not taste good anymore. If you get the Breast make sure you get a drink cause it’s so dry. I also couldn’t wait to try the Wedges they brought back. I loved those back in the day but they were such a disappointment! They’re a lot thinner and the taste of those changed too. The only things that did taste good was the biscuit, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy.

Why is the music filled with 4 letter cusswords? It's not even rap music, it's pop country and the language is trash. I love eating my lunch inside, and I've never had this issue here before. If it doesn't change I'll have to start eating somewhere else. Maybe try some Praise and Worship music.

The two young ladies and the tall guy working on Sunday afternoon all friendly and professional. While waiting for my mobile order in dining area, young lady asked me if I was waiting on mobile and she brought my Togo food out to me. So nice!!!🙂

They constantly screw up orders or run out of chicken and expect you to wait 20+ minutes. The staff is very rude and told me to go into the kitchen and make my own food. Chicken is always soggy and mushy, never crunchy then dry on the inside. It's completely backwards to what you want and expect. Don't waste your time or money here. You can get better fried chicken from a gas station. Publix chicken is 10x better and I don't even like it haha.

I come to this place frequently and they never dispoint they gave great food and friendly service and refillable drinks. The bathrooms are clean and the the dining room is large. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately, this place never has good chicken. My chicken tenders tasted like they were from last week. The fried chicken tasted like old oil. It's very disappointing when the quality of this brand is what you expect but not what you get. I dont think we will be coming back and I'd be surprised if this stays open much longer.

this store NEVER gets your app order correct last 8 piece bucket I bought had 7 thighs and 1 leg total waste of $35 this type problem happens frequently the food avg 9 out of 10 times way to salty to eat, the Belleview store is as bad
