The extra crispy chicken wasn’t crunchy and it looked pale like it wasn’t cooked long enough. Hopefully this was a one time mishap.

If I if I could go with zero I would it was horrible this is what we got last picture is what they say we should have gotten it was all dried out the sides were not enough for even one person
Employee at the register was a RUDE old lady with not an ounce of professionalism. On top of that the chicken tenders were all overcooked and hard! Foul establishment and will never be coming here again.

Quick pickup isn’t quick and the rude cashier that snatches your food from the quick pickup station before you give her your Name/DOB/ID should be fired. I will never come to this establishment again because of her.

I believe the managers name was Tionie... She went above and beyond when my order was messed up. They were slammed but she managed to not only get chicken dropped and other ppls orders together, but she made sure mine was also hot still and taken care of.. kinda of almost like she had a Shadow helping. Thank you
