Food is good but the app stinks. Every time I've tried to use my rewards, it's a pain. Not like Panera. At Panera, I simply give them my phone number, and they are able to pull up my rewards. At McAlister's, its terrible. Typically, the manager has to be called up to help out. Ongoing problems with rewards on their app.

The food at Mcalisters is very good, nice selection, and it has always been fresh. If you’ve been to one anywhere else, the food is the same. What sets this location apart is the service. I’ve witnessed during very busy times managers walking around solving issues, refilling drinks, and wishing people well. It’s a friendly atmosphere with great food.

Grilled Cheese was so cold didn’t melt the cheese . The bacon was almost raw . The French Dip was cold and the tomato soup. Put tip money in bucket before the meal was serve by someone that could have cared less . Wished I could have got my tip back . Never again !
