Food is good but the app stinks. Every time I've tried to use my rewards, it's a pain. Not like Panera. At Panera, I simply give them my phone number, and they are able to pull up my rewards. At McAlister's, its terrible. Typically, the manager has to be called up to help out. Ongoing problems with rewards on their app.
The food at Mcalisters is very good, nice selection, and it has always been fresh. If you’ve been to one anywhere else, the food is the same. What sets this location apart is the service. I’ve witnessed during very busy times managers walking around solving issues, refilling drinks, and wishing people well. It’s a friendly atmosphere with great food.
My only regret was choosing to eat outside, as it was hot as hell, but that's on Florida.
The food was good, service was kind, and other than my own mistake of sitting outside, the atmosphere was very comfortable.
