I come thru the drive thru almost daily. The last 4 or 5 times I had issues and was disappointed. Today i came thru twice and have to say the 2 same ladies working the drive thru both times today nailed. They were very kind.

Ordered a large Grinch meal and got a medium fry and a large drink. Also ordered 2 kids meals on separate tickets to maximize the chances for different toys and we still got the same thing. This is not the first time we got the same toys either. Some toys you know what's in it before and we ordered the meals on the same ticket and got the same ones. Same thing with the Grinch meals too. The biggest thing is consistent cold fries, cold burgers and same toys, it's irritating and what sucks is this is the closest one to me. I will travel further to have a better McDonald's. I would appreciate a reach out to get my future meals correct.

Really isnt that hard to take an order. I cant have tomatoes or ketchup so I ordered a double quarter pounder with no ketchup and add mayo and lettuce. How hard is it to make a burger with no ketchup. Continously problem with this place

I rarely ever go to a McDonald's and this store is the epitome of why, the manager of this store should be fired for allowing nasty young woman with a huge attitude issue to take orders at the front counter, watched her treat three elderly folks like crap (way out of line) and she actually tried it with me as well so if the manager is the owner hrre you probably should sell the franchise to someone who can run it, do you wonder why you're Drive thru is so slow at 12:30pm on a Saturday, if your reading this I recommend you move on to the next burger joint (like I did)!!!

As you guys can see sign on the door DINING ROOM HOURS Not the drive-through but the actual dining room hours. Clear as crystal on the door says 11 PM On both doors it is only 830 and I see chairs already put up and the doors are locked. And then I asked the lady at the drive-through tries to tell me it’s only open till nine But it was 830 and you have your doors locked. If it’s open till nine for the dining room, then you need to update your sign for the dining room hours.
But until then, if it says 11 PM, keep your doors open until 11 PM And if someone can put corporate number on here, I would greatly appreciate it so corporate can deal with the situation and get things squared away with this particular location. Because I do not approve false advertisement whatsoever And I definitely don’t feel like waiting in a long drive-through line if I don’t have to. Unacceptable get your act together do better
