When McDonald's hires a 20 something old man that identifies as a 6 year old girl and talks like one trying to take your order at the counter. Who also wears star stickers on thier face and uniform that's just a lack of critical thinking and just STUPID. WE as well as another customer had to get a manager to complete our order as we could not understand this guy talking like a shy 6 year old girl . THAT is a waste of resources. THE MANAGER SAID WE HAD TO HIRE HIM.You can't even work at 6 years old. That GM must have been high that day. This world has lost it.

Always a long wait and if you are lucky enough to receive everything you ordered, then you need to accept that the quality will be subpar and any special requests will be ignored. Horrible experiences three times.

It was a curbside so I can only rate food and service. The double cheeseburger and cheeseburgers were very dry and not hot at all. I was expecting better. Not expecting that from this location in the villages. Skip this place next time. Forgot the photos.

i made a mobile order around two weeks ago for 40 nuggets and two orders of fries almost an hour before they closed. but when i arrived at the store, no one was answering the drive thru for ANYONE. cars were honking at the employees inside the building with no headsets on. as soon as i saw someone who answered the window, i was informed that i couldn’t get my food nor refund at the time and to come in the next day. mind u, she said i could have both my money and food, she assured me she “notified” the manager. i come in the next day and the “manager” told me i couldn’t have my refund (WHICH I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN) nor my food. she insisted if i wanted the food i had already paid for the night before i would have to pay AGAIN. this is ridiculous, ive never had such a horrible experience. i wish i could put negative stars for a horrible staff.

This McDonald's is in the villages, a very busy place, two lines to order, then you have to merge into one line. great food though.

I went for the first time since moving to the area on Sunday morning for breakfast. I got my food then the girl asked me to go park in number 2 and she will bring out my latte. So I went and parked in number 2. Waited 10 MINUTES for a fucking latte. There was a dude that came up to my window while I was waiting with someone else's food and I told him in not waiting for food, I'm waiting for a latte. His response was just "oh."Finally I just got out of my car with the receipt and went inside to ask for my latte. The girl at the counter said "oh they are busy" and told the drive thru girl my latte order. She then said "she forgot." Girl you should NOT be forgetting people's food and being busy ain't an excuse to forget something as simple as a fucking latte. Also, to top it off, I ordered a ICED latte and made that clear to the girl at the counter. This girl hands me a HOT COFFEE. And it was a French vanilla latte, that shit tasted just like some coffee, sugar and milk with no vanilla. Wtf!!! She should have handed me the latte first in the drive thru! Isn't that what they usually do?? Drinks first?? She was "too busy" to even make the latte then forgot!

Food is what it is. Fast food. Employees are just miserable. Forced to use a screen to order. Floors dirty. Staff standing by door outside smoking. Not like it used to be.

Ordered takeout: 1 Big Quarter pounder meal with cheese and 1 Quarter Pounder without cheese. Arrived home Quarter pounder meal had cheese, no pickles, onions, mustard and no ketchup! The big Quarter pounder without cheese had cheese on both side of burger and nothing else . Should've known better to go to this place! Sometime ago my wife wentthere for lunch and ordered a hamburger and was told they had ran out off hamburgers? ?

Usually pretty good in the mornings for breakfast but today they had a slow start. I had to call inside while sitting in the drive-thru to inform them of several customers in line waiting. I’m aware they open at 6am on Sunday’s and that was the time I was in line along with several other folks. I had to circle the building and return to the line thinking that would inform them when I pulled back up but it did not. After we all placed our orders we then had to pull into the parking lot to wait for them to bring the food out.They seemed frazzled but were polite so no harm done other than the lengthy wait time before and after placing the order.
