They are always rude and when I told them I needed just a sec for my app to load they had a fit. And then wouldn’t give me the difference in money. Why ask if I’m using my app, which I use all the time, if you aren’t going to do what you are supposed to do. Worst McDonald ever.

It's a McDonald's.... So of course go in with typical expectations. I've been into this specific one a few times now, as I moved recently, and it's honestly the same with most McDonald's nowadays. Long wait for what should be cheap and easy food. Still cheaper and easier than going home and cooking when it's late and I'm tired from work, so I'll obviously still go back, so I suppose they won't really have any insensitive to improve.

I came here around 10 hoping to get my McDonald craving my usual McFlurry and cookie that usually comes out right but this time it was my worst experience with this location. I got my McFlurry and they didn’t even stir when they usually do so I had to do it myself but that not really the problem. I just didn’t get enough Oreo for the proportion that I order. and the Cookie where much worst looks like they beat them up and threw it in there so I’m trying get sum I realized that there’s literally a small McDonald fry bag in the bottom which was weird but I’m guessing the did it for the oil which I guess appreciate but the box was literally falling apart so the fry bag wasn’t even helpful.

Ordered two egg McMuffins this morning to go. Got home & both had egg shells in them. Well I guess that I know they use real eggs. Come Mac’s. You can do better.
I think you need to retrain on how to take orders and cook. Especially how to read orders.

1 star is too much. I paid $8 ultimately for a small Coke because the staff and manager at this location have such little care or competency. After 2 attempts they were still incapable of making an egg, sausage, and cheese biscuit. Seriously, that simple of an order was not achievable here. Should I crave McDonald's again, I won't be coming to this location ever again.

I had an order that was messed up a few weeks ago, I just wanted my money back but the GM said he would have the whole order precooked. I called up there last night I ly to be told that my name was not in the book even thought the GM said he would put it in there. Harley was amazing! Harley the manager last night was patient, kind and remade my order no hesitation. The fries were fresh and our burgers were delicious. Thank you so much Harley for assisting us! Will be visiting again!!

I am blind and had my service dog with me. The service dog is a seizure alert dog. I get to McDonald with my food order ahead of time on the app. I order to eat in with my girlfriend. Employ told me to leave. That after ordering I can’t be in the store with a service dog. So I ask for the manager they said there no manager. Then I ask for the number to McDonald. They would not tell me the number. So my girlfriend looked it up. And I call the number. In all this I am blind. The dog was on the floor and jump on the bench next to me and was tagging me about a seizure. The dog is a Yorke can get my attention anyway possible. It would not have happened if they were not harassing me..
