A newer McDonald's in Wildwood. Nice restaurant and staff were nice but the service was HORRIBLE! It took 20 minutes to get our food to dine in. Plus, they brought food to our table with no silverware, napkins, or condiments! Also, our large drinks were $3!Get it together Wildwood!!!

Everything was in Synergy today 3/12/24 @ approximately 12:58. In and out of the drive thru in 2 minutes with a mobile order. No missing items, got ample napkins and the sandwich was made to order. Good job crew.

This is the worst McDonalds that I have ever encountered in my life. Waited over 40 minutes for 2 ice cream, and finally had to leave. It wasn't even that busy. Many other customers had their orders mixed up. Drive on by folks... this place is awful.

So you put your order in through the drive thru and wait for your food, mind you it was by no means a short wait. Once you pickup all of your food at the window and ask for a copy of the receipt...you have to pull forward and wait for a manager to bring you a copy of the receipt... really? guess what? The manager never came out with the receipt and there I sat pressed for time...what a fricken CIRCUS!!!

Always getting my order messed up. Too many times for Google to allow me to post a review at. I always order no cheese. Not very hard to mess up. But they seem to alot. Wish there were more fast food places

You go through the drive-thru just to be told to go sit in a parking spot for 10+ minutes. Service was very bad. Employees seemed like they could care less if they were there or not.

Went thru drive-thru nobody inside tell me to pull up to spot 4 I do meanwhile another car ahead to go spot 3 and I'm waiting almost 10 mins go inside they are just hanging out young adult says can I help I tell him waiting outside he goes to back and say old man complaining didn't know 53 yrs.old then the girl says I forgot to bring orders out get my food and go home in the villages and everything is Luke warm . This is not acceptable will be calling general manager in morning

Slow, Order Accuracy Both Poor⭐️Very slow service.I have visited this McDonald's location multiple times, and unfortunately, I've consistently encountered issues with getting the correct food order. The frequency of mistakes has been quite frustrating, impacting the overall dining experience.Despite bringing errors to the attention of the staff, the problem seems to persist. It's disheartening to leave the restaurant and discover that the order received doesn't match what was requested. This has left me feeling dissatisfied and questioning the reliability of the service.I understand that mistakes can happen, but the recurrence of errors raises concerns about the attention to detail and quality control at this particular establishment. I have tried addressing the issue on multiple occasions, but the improvements have been minimal.I hope that the management takes notice of this feedback and implements measures to enhance order accuracy. It's crucial for customers to have confidence in the service provided, and unfortunately, my recent experiences have left much to be desired.I appreciate the convenience that fast-food establishments like McDonald's offer, but the consistency in the accuracy of orders is a fundamental aspect that needs improvement at this location.
