Lunch here (soup,salad, bdstks). Our waitress was from MA as well and we had terrific service and some laughs! Zuppa Toscana was different than usual, no kale.mustve changed the recipe. It was good but mine is better!

I have always loved the Olive Garden always found the food to be good quality. The last time I went and tonight there was an extremely long wait to get our food. Over 45 minutes and it was lukewarm when it came out. Not enough sauce on the lasagna or shrimp dishes that my mom and friends were having. Everyone at the table said their food wasn't that warm. The manager had even come to the table to apologize for the wait said it would be up in 5 minutes and it was another 15 after that. There were only 5 of us and people came in behind us got served and were leaving by the time we got our food served. So sad to see it get like this. Our waitress was great and kept apologizing but it wasn't her fault. With the prices at Olive Garden you would think they would get your food to the table in a timely manner but not tonight and not the last time we were there. ?

My friends and I come into this Olive Garden often. We came in last night, March 20th, and i bought my family member in too (from UK), this was her very first experience of Olive Garden and first time in the USA.I was embarrassed that the service was so slow. Cutting a long story short....We had Mary...First, the lemonade was like water, we asked for no onion in our salad but got it, we asked for my second bowl of soup but was given the wrong one, (some of us had soup and salad), when we paid the receipt was blank, we asked for a copy of it and were only given 3 receipts for 4 people, we were all separate. And was waiting for a long time in between, empty bowls of salad, empty drinks glasses, and took over 20 minutes to just get a receipt. I work in customer service myself so I understand being busy but if your busy, be polite to the customers but don't stand chatting when people (us) are waiting for drinks and food. Poor service and attitude all round.

I attended Many Olive Gardens up where I came from in New Jersey and they were All Very Good but My first time at an Olive Garden down here in Florida was very disappointing.The Service ?No good.The food was ok but Not Great.I will be a while before I go there again....?

First time we’ve had such poor service at this location. Luckily management recognized waitress struggling and comped a meal.
The food was good, but slow coming out. Service was not on point... it server was spread way too thin and kept apologizing. We sat without drinks, and soup came out 2 seconds before our meal. It was an unorganized mess. As I watched that day, I saw a lack of service on management's part. They made excuses but were not kind about it. They did not visit tables when it's their responsibility to the customer to apologize for the lack of service due to under staffing.
