This is some amazing custard. Smooth and creamy. They use real fruit for their flavors! Their staff is helpful and pleasant. They have a vanilla custard with no sugar and no sugar toppings available too. Wheelchair accessible and a great atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: They have a vanilla custard with no sugar and no sugar toppings available too.

My wife and I stopped in this afternoon to satisfy a sweet tooth while at the UPS Store next door. We split a medium "Glacier" product that's similar to a DQ Blizzard. It was edible, but not good. First, there was a huge air hole near the bottom of the cup with about 20% of the custard missing. Second, they're extremely stingy with the topping. We ordered peanut butter cups and there was a small amount of dust mixed into the top third of the cup and next to nothing below that. Third, their custard is not that good, Culver's blows this place away. And on top of all these deficiencies, the medium cost $8.34 with tax and an 18% tip. I will say that the girl that waited on us was very pleasant and definitely an asset to the business. This was our first visit to Ritter's and I can say with certainty that it was a one and done. There are much better options in the area.

Been there 3 times First time was great delicious smooth custard. Tried again the custard was freezer burned. Thought perhaps it was a one off. 3rd time freezer burn. So now I'm done. Service was great and people great just inconsistent quality. Frozen custard should be smooth with no ice crystals. This one is not.

The lady at the time was extremely rude.

Ok custard, but Culver’s is better. Very hard like ice cream. Not fluffy & whipped. Confusing, sign above door says Ollie’s, but it’s Ritter’s. One price reflected on wall menu for float, but charged more by .75 cents. $10.27 for one kiddie cup of custard and one root beer float! Not impressed and won’t return.

Loved the frozen yogurt. Counter person was kind and knowledgeable.

Expensive, they have food on the menus but don’t sell it. Was just like a normal sundae I would make at home with ice cream and chocolate syrup, not worth the price.

Over priced custard that had ice crystals in it. Nice enough store but, the sundaes we're not worth the money.

Ordered 2 sundays got 1 container with vanilla ice cream and nothing else!!The employees need to pay better attention to what they’re serving and making sure that they’re giving people what they ordered and paid for!!!!

Loaded with toppings, prices are up like everything else but you get your moneys worth. Very clean, probably because it is new.

Frozen custard was okay. Definitely doesn’t taste like it did before in previous years , so that was disappointing.Don’t pay with a Debit card unless you want your email to filled by up by them. I wasn’t even aware they could just get your email information just by paying with a debit card in my opinion that’s a over step for any business let alone a ice cream shop.

Custard was TERRIBLE! It was already overly soft and melting when it was served. Nearly $5 for one scoop, severely overpriced.

Small selection and the kid kept rubbing his runny nose while getting the ice cream.*** the pineapple orange was amazing and I appreciate the response from the company. We will definitely try again.
