AC has been broken evidently for a while.It was too hot to eat the food,
But are service was very good.

The air conditioning was out at this restaurant. They had fans and some small portable units trying to cool it, however it was extremely hot. The staff did their best. The manager need to fix this problem ASAP as it can't be healthy to be that hot where food is prepped.

Food was really good and service was delightful. We basically popped in because we were both hungry and thought 'why not?'. Very pleased with the entire experience. Would recommend. This is an older establishment that has been well attended over the years. Don't let the age scare you away. Very good.

Well, I can tell you it started out a little rough but amazingly your staff made it a very nice evening! We enjoyed the great food & even though the AC wasn't working, your staff brought out fans & it was really a good experience, I have to say, they were extra nice & apologetic & we were happy we stayed. Even with a misunderstanding (we hope the chef wasn't too upset, I think we insulted him but our biscuits were a little undone, 1st batch) The next batch was better. All of us were content.
Dietary restrictions: My daughter in law has a soy allergy & they were very attentive to her food.

4 adults two kids. Celebrating daughter in laws birthday. She loves lobster. Ordered the most expensive entre. Food comes slowly. Hers comes 20 minutes after ours. By then we've got cold food. Wonder why they are going out of business. Our last visit.

Seated us next to the kitchen entrance, we got to hear the trials and tribulations of the servers. The food was not what it used to be. My Salmon Ceasar salad was extremely disappointing. the salmon was great, but the salad was wilted and had a ton of white bitter stalks. Over heard the server complaining about having to serve tables and tend bar. I guess that's what you get when a restaurant is going through bankruptcy. Last time for me and my family for sure.

Terrible ! Not many people dining in! The staff was nasty and we had to wait to get our to go. There was a fan blowing god knows what right by our bag of food. I am pretty sure this is a health code violation. We were charged 5.49 for a tiny piece of fish! The fish was tasteless. The baked potatoes were hard, tiny and not even cut ! If you are wondering why you are currently in the news… try better quality! Maybe then you will not have to have a gimmick of “endless shrimp!”

This is our favorite Red Lobster location so far. My wife and I drive from Ocala all the way to the Villages, just to go to this Red Lobster. The waitresses are amazing, and the food is always right. The one in Ocala is not bad, but food and service are not at the same level. The one at Tallahassee by FSU was horrible. Stay away from that one.
