Food was really good and service was delightful. We basically popped in because we were both hungry and thought 'why not?'. Very pleased with the entire experience. Would recommend. This is an older establishment that has been well attended over the years. Don't let the age scare you away. Very good.

Well, I can tell you it started out a little rough but amazingly your staff made it a very nice evening! We enjoyed the great food & even though the AC wasn't working, your staff brought out fans & it was really a good experience, I have to say, they were extra nice & apologetic & we were happy we stayed. Even with a misunderstanding (we hope the chef wasn't too upset, I think we insulted him but our biscuits were a little undone, 1st batch) The next...

What was once a single, family-owned restaurant in Lakeland, Florida, now has over 700 locations around the world. They categorize themselves as a lively chain restaurant serving American seafood standards amid a New England-themed décor.
