One of our FAVORITE restaurants in The Villages! We have gone for Brunch and Dinner. Always exceptional!

We absolutely love the atmosphere and food! The brunch buffer with omelette and carving stations are to die for. We enjoy the bottomless mimosas.

For dinner, the food is always incredible. Love the lemon drop martini and the array of dinner selections for everyone, including children.

We moved down here from Baltimore 4 years ago and have been looking for a quality of restaurant that we were accustomed to and until last night the frustration continued. It didn't matter the cuisine, we just couldn't find a place that pressed the food, atmosphere, and world class service buttons until last night.

The atmosphere had both the high end restaurant (inside) and local gathering spot (outside) which makes it such a great place.

We ordered calamari for starters, lobster ravioli and chicken parm for the entrees. Everything was amazing and we can't wait to go back and try something new.

Now let's talk about service. Our server was Lilly and she provided an experience that will have us requesting her everytime we go back. Professional, friendly, prepared, and spot on attention to detail are just a few ways to describe the world class experience she provided us and I'm sure every guest that is fortunate enough to have her as a server!

The pasta dishes and appetizers are ok, but chicken overcooked and dry. Tried it twice and others say the same thing. Wait staff is average at best. You ask them for something and they forget and don't follow up. Asked them about dry chicken and it was ignored. We'll go for appetizers and drinks and that's it

Staff and food were fantastic.Felipe and Jennifer took care of our order and made the whole experience wonderful. I strongly recommend this restaurant if you are in the villages...

The food and service were excellent. Joshua, our server, was awesome! His food and wine recommendations were spot on. 3We were blessed. The ambiance is nice. Busy place. We finished our meal and left prior to the live music. So, we didn't experience that.

Redsauce is in a great location and offers awesome outdoor seating, making it perfect for a relaxing meal. The bar is inviting, with good, inexpensive drinks that add to the value. The staff is super friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food is decent—nothing extraordinary, but satisfying for the price. Overall, it’s a solid spot for casual dining with friends or family, especially if you enjoy outdoor seating and a lively vibe

We enjoyed a nice dinner with our grandparents in May. Waitstaff was attentive and pleasant. Manager was upbeat and happily walked around chatting with patrons. Looking forward to another amazing meal and tasty drinks tonight.

Sal is fantastic, he really cares about the customers and goes out of his way to provide a phenomenal experience. Food and service was second to none! I highly recommend Red Sauce. .
