I am so disappointed. I specifically ordered a grande Christmas drink on red cup day. I received a regular cup. Wouldn’t have ordered if I knew this would happen. Croissant and coffee cake neither was warmed as requested.

I agree with these reviews who state the team at Wedgewood are great. Usually the team at this location are amazing. Today I stopped in ordered chai, a latte and a holiday baked good (spoiling my office team). I asked about the star offer running from 11/11-11/18 (I think). Anyway, the woman at the drive thru who I’ve never seen before told me “that was false advertising” and she will deduct it here. She took 100 of my earned stars and before I could figure out what she did she left the window went off shift?? I will go back tomorrow and order another drink and see if those purchases earn me the points?

The organization of orders is a mess, especially for walkins. Coffee titled under the wrong name to start. When made, it sat on the counter for 15 minutes. I timed it. Only order on the counter the entire time. No one checked to see if it was mine. Two other sitting in store plus me. I was the only counter walkup in 15 minutes. Three employees standing around playing games and talking. I don't think Starbucks is going to survive with service such as this. Too bad. It was nice while it lasted. This has happened in two other stores from Altanta to the Villages.
