I ordered on mobile today. The food was ready about when expected. I was the only customer in the store. My sandwich was delicious and prepared as I ordered. The one employee in the store was unfriendly and seemed unhappy to be there. Did not welcome me and did not thank me. I tried to be nice and perk him up, but no luck.

Why has it been for the past 2 weeks I cannot order anything off my app. It says you're out of EVERYTHING! Also have called several times and no one answers the phone. I honestly thought you were out of business. I called another store to ask, and she said they hear that a lot from this location in the Villages. Really disappointing that you WANT us to order on an app, but we can't. We call and no answer. Can you let me know what's going on here?

Place used to be great when ran by a different manager a year ago. Now every time I go it’s a disappointment. Always out of something, breads hit or miss. Service depends from each visit
The one employee was great!! No provolone cheese or napkins. And a 6 inch sub, 3 cookies(special), and small drink $17!!!!?!!??

Huge line and they plowed through happily and intently with no drama.

Went there with my mom with some coupons. Was told they had to be rung up separately. (Not at the other store we used them at before) But no big deal. My coupon worked fine. Then the coupon my mom had was a 6” meal for $6.49. They told her that coupon didn’t exist and proceeded to charge her $7.99. The man was rude, the man bun said it all. I used to work for subway and the level of disregard from this employee was disrespectful especially when my mom asked for a fork…
I usually love Subway but here lately all the locations I have been to have been pretty crappy. I really wanted Subway for lunch today and I am glad I chose this location on Mulberry lane in the villages. The staff was friendly, they made my sandwich exactly how I usually order it but they actually made it right. They weren’t out of any ingredients like other subways are. I spoke with the manager and told her how great everything was. I noticed the low rating on this location and I know you can’t make everyone happy but this is the best location in the area. I believe they are under new management and she is doing a great job. I appreciated the choice of music they were playing as well.

Owner lady very rude don't touch the. Glass they scream that at you and if you try to just walk away she will follow you screaming at you 🤣

If I could give this a minus I certainly would. Went in around 1pm on a Tuesday. Just wanted two sandwiches. Started the order, 1 Tuna salad 1 Steak and Cheese. The girl was pleasant but tells me no steak. OK I ask what they do have. Roast Beef. Not what I wanted but ok. Then asked if I wanted cheese, Oooops no provolone. ok. Moving on... down to the toppings Oooops no dill pickles. By this time I am ready to give up and leave. This guy who says he is manager lays into me and says I was told upfront what they were out of. NOT... this was a bait and switch and only advised as we went down the line of any deficiencies. The manager got loud and told me I was wasting product, that he was the manager and yelled at me to just get out. Needless to say I gladly complied.

..went in before 7 pm, (they're open until 10 pm) ordered a meatball and a tuna sub...oops...out of meat balls! Changed to Philly cheesesteak...oops...out of Provolone cheese! Oops...half a tablespoon of onions left on the condiment tray...and no...I mean NO green peppers! OK, so I just want to pay and get out of there....Oops!...No $1 bills! I got $2.36 change...in coins! My friend ordered a chicken salad wrap....and the kid behind the counter...the ONLY employee in the whole place...says "I don't know how to make a wrap!" Luckily, another kid with a tiny bit more experience wandered in the back door...I think he may have made maybe ONE wrap so he sort of made wrap for my friend and she goes to pay using the smallest bill she had, but Oops, did I mention they had no $1 bills? And they had given me most of the coins when they gave me $2.36 in change! A gentleman came in behind us for the meatball sub meal...but no meatballs, so he changed to a BLT...the kid left off the B(acon)...off a BLT! A lady came in behind us also looking for meatball subs...she was disappointed too! Wish I could say this was unusual, but it's not. A few weeks ago I went in for the same.... meatball sub and a tuna sub...No meatballs and no tuna...seriously no tuna? Changed to a cold cut combo on wheat bread...no wheat bread! And the employee didn't seem to care one way or another...sort of a "take it or leave it'' attitude! Amazing that they're still in business! Luckily for me they're in a shopping center with a Publix with a deli that makes a really fine sub and that's where I'll be going in the future!
This might be the worst managed subway, the stores full of print out signs probably 10 different ones. Employees are rude, the manager is rude. Veggies look completely old, this is so sad to see

The subway associate was rude and the spinach and pickles looked like they were half rotten.
Whoever decided to staff the store with one worker on a Sunday, great idea, it's definitely a staff labor savings.
However, don't staff with a person that can't make a sandwich. Watched the sandwich maker take two minutes to put philly cheese meat on a roll and ask the customer if they wanted it heated. I'm not waiting for a 15$ sandwich for twenty minutes. By the way great new interior. Too bad y'all be investing into nothing for customers.
Tried ordering on app multiple times. Put in Cc and it charged, but got no email conf. Went into the store and employee(Taz) was rude and disrespectful. I showed her my bank acct so she could see i was charged, but refused to do anything to help. Now trying to get a hold corporate and can't get a live person to speak too. Calling bank to stop payment. Very frustrated to go thru all this when they could have just honored the 6.99 FL Code.
