This might be the worst managed subway, the stores full of print out signs probably 10 different ones. Employees are rude, the manager is rude. Veggies look completely old, this is so sad to see

The subway associate was rude and the spinach and pickles looked like they were half rotten.
Whoever decided to staff the store with one worker on a Sunday, great idea, it's definitely a staff labor savings.
However, don't staff with a person that can't make a sandwich. Watched the sandwich maker take two minutes to put philly cheese meat on a roll and ask the customer if they wanted it heated. I'm not waiting for a 15$ sandwich for twenty minutes. By the way great new interior. Too bad y'all be investing into nothing for customers.
Tried ordering on app multiple times. Put in Cc and it charged, but got no email conf. Went into the store and employee(Taz) was rude and disrespectful. I showed her my bank acct so she could see i was charged, but refused to do anything to help. Now trying to get a hold corporate and can't get a live person to speak too. Calling bank to stop payment. Very frustrated to go thru all this when they could have just honored the 6.99 FL Code.
Sandwiches are almost ready when I got there only problem they put jalapeños on them and I didn’t order them but that’s not no big deal. I just took them off. I love Subway. Been a customer for many many years.

Came in and ordered a meatball with mozzarella and bacon, and an All American Club footlong, William behind the counter was a huge help and undoubtedly the most professional worker I've run into so far. Will definitely be returning. Would leave five stars if the food was cheaper.

ordered two cold club footlongs last night on honey oat.. both footlongs had overcooked bread which was borderline burnt and stale with barely any meat, overfilled with lettuce, might as well have ordered a veggie delight. never will order again from this location.

WORST Subway experience ever.The guy working seemed like he didn't want to be there to start off. Second he made 2 different subs wrong, one with wrong bread the other with Jalapeños which we do not like spicy foods. Then asked to order the cookie footlong which my sister was so excited to get, however the guy said I turned my machines off already... I watched him turn off his machines while we were standing there.... If they didn't want to make money as a business maybe they should've closed instead of turn away people. DO NOT recommend this location.

Zach is one of the funniest hype polite employe I ever seen.He is good at putting a smile on all there face and the environment is 10 times better.Food was perfect and quiet 10/10

Ordered online via the Subway app. Ordered guaranteed for 5:55pm. 6:35pm still no subs made..along with 3 other people who had online orders. One person working..who apparently took care of all the peoples orders who walked in before the online orders. One customer was waiting 2 hours for his online order which still wasn't done. Come to find out that the worker didn't even have our order slip because it fell in the floor. Handling money with gloves on and then making sandwiches with dirty gloves on. My husband had to ask him to change his gloves before continuing to make sandwiches. He called the manager because we asked for a refund. I asked the manager why he was the only one working and her response was "because it was slow" 16 online orders waiting plus at least 10 people in line and that's slow?? Apparently the worker "didn't have the credentials to do a refund" so we would have to come back tomorrow. I guess I expected too much since our last experience was perfect. We will be back tomorrow for a complete refund to include the pre tip I gave the worker for sandwiches we didn't get. Do better Subway!!
UPDATE: Turns out we were not speaking to the Subway manger last night.."we were speaking to a higher up manage" We won't even talk about her people skills. Went into the store today and spoke with Cody/Kody (actual store manager) we received our cash refund without any issues. We've dealt with him before and found out he works Mon-Thurs. if we go back will be on one of those days. As for the higher up manager..she should take some lessons from her store manager!
