I ordered on mobile today. The food was ready about when expected. I was the only customer in the store. My sandwich was delicious and prepared as I ordered. The one employee in the store was unfriendly and seemed unhappy to be there. Did not welcome me and did not thank me. I tried to be nice and perk him up, but no luck.

I usually love Subway but here lately all the locations I have been to have been pretty crappy. I really wanted Subway for lunch today and I am glad I chose this location on Mulberry lane in the villages. The staff was friendly, they made my sandwich exactly how I usually order it but they actually made it right. They weren’t out of any ingredients like other subways are. I spoke with the manager and told her how great everything was. I noticed the low rating on this location...

Sandwiches are almost ready when I got there only problem they put jalapeños on them and I didn’t order them but that’s not no big deal. I just took them off. I love Subway. Been a customer for many many years.
