I don’t normally do this cause I understand people get busy but the man working in Subway today need a lesson on cross contamination serve state standards and to regularly change his gloves after making someone sub I witnessed him make two people in front of me a sub and touch the computer to cash them out as well as touch his face a few times without changing gloves I had to request he change his gloves before making my sub he had a poor attitude throwing food into the containers he even looked at a customer picking up mobile order and stated you people with the mobile order pointing at him as well before I left I watched him serve 3 more customers with same gloves I made him put on for my sub if you don’t like your job then go somewhere else but this kind of service in the food industry is unacceptable will not come back here as long as he is working here

They were very rude I asked for a specific sub with egg they continued to make my sub as if they could complete my order then I seen there was no eggs on my steak and egg and they then told me they no longer serve eggs I been getting the same thing here for years do better very snobby and rude employees

Horrible subs when we ate them at home! We called to get a refund and they told us we had to bring the subs back. We ate half of ours so what’s the point? We will never go to Subway again.

The food was alright, but the cashier was rude and condescending. It started off innocently enough, with her referring to me as “kiddo”, but it got worse. When I attempted to use a coupon at checkout, she snatched it from my had and tore it up, and when I got it as a meal deal, she said “if we get cookies, then we don’t get chips” as if I was five. Honestly, I don’t know if I’m going to eat here again.
On June 1 AM, 2023 I ordered an Elite Chicken % Bacon Ranch sandwich including all toppings. When we got to the toppings I had noted that there were 2 containers of lettuce one of which looked wilted and had brown spots. I asked that the fresher looking lettuce be put on my sandwich and was told they had come from the same batch. I continued to request the fresher lettuce and was told it was the lighting that made one look different. After 3 or more rounds of this back and forth, I knew I was not going to have my sandwich "Subway My Way". I didn't, paid for it and left. Incredibly, incredibly rude customer service. Never have I experienced such disregard for the customer and argumentative behavior...over a handful of shredded lettuce! Written by a former Subway enthusiast.
