They were very rude I asked for a specific sub with egg they continued to make my sub as if they could complete my order then I seen there was no eggs on my steak and egg and they then told me they no longer serve eggs I been getting the same thing here for years do better very snobby and rude employees

Horrible subs when we ate them at home! We called to get a refund and they told us we had to bring the subs back. We ate half of ours so what’s the point? We will never go to Subway again.

The food was alright, but the cashier was rude and condescending. It started off innocently enough, with her referring to me as “kiddo”, but it got worse. When I attempted to use a coupon at checkout, she snatched it from my had and tore it up, and when I got it as a meal deal, she said “if we get cookies, then we don’t get chips” as if I was five. Honestly, I don’t know if I’m going to eat here again.

On June 1 AM, 2023 I ordered an Elite Chicken % Bacon Ranch sandwich including all toppings. When we got to the toppings I had noted that there were 2 containers of lettuce one of which looked wilted and had brown spots. I asked that the fresher looking lettuce be put on my sandwich and was told they had come from the same batch. I continued to request the fresher lettuce and was told it was the lighting that made one look different. After 3 or more rounds of this back and forth, I knew I was not going to have my sandwich "Subway My Way". I didn't, paid for it and left. Incredibly, incredibly rude customer service. Never have I experienced such disregard for the customer and argumentative behavior...over a handful of shredded lettuce! Written by a former Subway enthusiast.

This place is slower than death. You could die in line waiting for someone to use your order. And then they ain't on the ingredients. How do they stay in business charging $10 with mostly bread a 3 minuscule pieces of meat. Avoid this place

Just visited this stores sister store in Inverness and gave them 5/5 stars. Picked up order and paid online for this location. Sandwich was on the smaller size and steak and bacon hard to chew. Onions and veggies were not chopped up enough.
8/9/22 at 12:30pm: HORRIBLE service. Smart a$$ girls working had something smart to say about any thing any customer said, they were rude and confusing just trying to order. Continued with smart a$$ remarks on my way out. One of our subs was supposed to be toasted and the bread was barely warm.Get a Publix sub, you will do much better, or at least you will have friendly service.
