I had requested and was in the drive line 4 cars from the window. I was the overcome with urgently needing to urinate. Got out of drive the and went. Inside, then tried to pay for my order Inside, was refused and told to go thry drive thru again

My non binary (they/he) child called this establishment 30 minutes ago to tell them how proud they were of their victory royale. The lady on the phone was TERRIBLE!! 🤬🤬 She seemed uninterested and immediately hung up the phone upon hearing the news. My non binary child was bawling his eyes out because of the awful treatment he received. I will not be ordering taco bell from this location anymore. This is unacceptable especially in pride month. I expect to recive a doritos taco and therapy for my child. The foods great though! me and my husband will be returning! 😁😊

This place is never open till midnight despite posted hours everywhere saying they are.
I’d give zero if I could I asked for light sauce lady said she made it and that was light sauce I was wrong she was right and refused to remake it. I’ve been in fast food 15 years and umm I’m sorry you shouldn’t be talking to people like that I was nice about it but the guy next to me ordering asked for light and she was so considerate of him.

I ordered with the app. I " customized" my cantina chicken and taco , etc. order which was an upcharge. My 4$ Doritos Taco not only had no cilantro and onion in it, it was all broken up. The employees paid absolutely no attention to the details. They did it like they wanted to. Maybe they forgot to read or didn't want to or don't know how to. No more for THIS location.
