For the past 2 Fridays (Mar 28 and Apr 4) reservations I made well in advance were either lost or misunderstood. These errors will greatly effect my return to your restaurant in the future.

My family and I went here for lunch. My daughter got 10 hot wing that were amazing. my wife ordered the Buffalo shrimp and fried with blue cheese and there were fantastic. I ordered the French dip sandwich which was also amazing. The waitress was phenomenal as well as the bartender. We ordered a few Florida Mules and dang they were good. Overall 10 out of 10 on everything keep up great work!!!!

Slow Service and surprise charged

Stopped for lunch mid afternoon with husband, very few people at tables in the dining room. Staff noisily squabbling amongst themselves in full view about sharing tips and who got what table. Service very, very slow, but speed was not critical for us. Husband‘s pot pie came out barely warm, presumably sitting on the steam table a while And the vegetables that came with my schnitzel were overcooked and quite unappetizing. The Schnitzel itself however, had a nice flavor of vinegar and lemon, which is sometimes hard to achieve. Had tea with our lunch and asked for additional hot water mid meal. When we got our bill, we saw that we were charged for 4 hot teas (10.00), instead of the two. Server explained that there were no refills on hot drinks and our 2 hot teas, which would normally be five dollars total, were changed to $10 because we asked for hot water. We asked to speak to the manager, and the assistant manager explained that that was a mistake. However, the server explained that the chef in the back had said to do it that way. The assistant manager went to the owner, who apparently was there, who then said that was ridiculous. The additional charges were taken off our bill. While the helpful assistant manager was asking the owner, our server was taking my husband and I to school about why the additional five dollars made sense due to his having to fill a cup with water and put it in the microwave. This was our sloow slooow server who we had to seek out twice for small things in a not busy room. The reason for the two stars is that the bread pudding was quite delicious.

Stopped by for lunch. Will definitely do it again. Service was outstanding, and food was good. We had the jalapeño poppers are worth trying. Not much heat, the way I like them, but the sauce kicked it up. The Ruben and Grilled chicken sandwiches were good.Even the French fries were good. We are looking forward to returning and trying the dinner menu. Compliments to the cooks and staff.

We were seated and then forgotten. Kind of bizarre as we were quite visible. After 15 minutes and seeing others waited on that were seated after us, we got up and walked out. Didn't even get so much as a glass of water. Probably won't return.

Poor management, manager asked why we didn’t leave a tip?!? We let him know we left the tip on the table!

My family and I love this place BUT I was very disappointed last week...
A very elderly gentleman came in and was sat next to us... He ordered a sandwich and then ask the server if he could have half of one of the big salads to go with his sandwich...
She went and asked and came back and said the manager said no, there was not an option on the computer.....
Now, the reason I have a problem with this is that must elderly people can't eat that much and I thought if the manager was wanting to help his patrons, he could have figured out a decent price and charged the man for half a salad .. But relying on a computer too much says tons...
It's all about service and promoting your business...
And all it takes is for one person to tell another person and then on and on and pretty soon bad comments start going around...
I'm wondering if the OWNER of the restaurant would have said no if he or she was there ..
Hmmm, just my thought...

Went today and ate at 330pm. My wife ordered a steak well done. 1st time it came out rare and the outside burnt. 2nd time still rare and the kicker is 2 of the management staff sat on their ass and did not come over to us, and the server acted like it was our fault..poor poor poor experience this time been come here for a while now probably will stay away.

Over all everything was pretty good. We will be back if we are in the area.
We ordered the filet with mashed potato's and broccoli, Salmon with rice and asparagus for our meal. Chicken $ Gumbo soup and potato boats and as appetizers. They were already probably wouldn't get then again.

Been here several times. I understand that some days the food can be suboptimal ( sick calls, new cook, etc). What will definitely keep me from coming back is a server ( the bartender) that ignored our end of the bar, never checked on our meals and when I FINALLY got his attention to tell him I'd like the veggies that should have come with my meal he said " you should have told me" - like I was supposed get up and walk over to where he was shooting the breeze with some guys to tell him we needed something. He shoved two beers in front of us when I asked for the check which further tells me he wasn't paying any attention. He comped our meal which we did not ask for. It was not busy that night so that was not the issue. Consider sitting at a table if you're going.

Greeted by a girl with an attitude. Sat on the porch, Zach was a good server. Alfredo was good but Walleye dinner had no flavor. Won’t be back
