Just stopped in for a sandwich and a smoothie. We were very happy with everything. We enjoyed a super green ceaser chicken wrap and a chicken bacon ranch flat bread with two mango magic smoothies. We had a side of sweet potatoes that were delicious and a side of sun chips. The young ladies working all had friendly welcoming smiles. Thank you Tori, Jennae and Danielle

This has got to be one of the worst smoothie places I've been to the service is absolutely horrible the staff are lazy the managers are incompetent and rude especially when you go through the drive-thru and me to wait an exorbitant amount of time having good food is not enough I will not be returning to the location

I use to love this place. They started getting my order wrong. At first, I just forced myself to eat something I hate, because I don't want to be a burden. Then they did it again the very next time. I had to contact a manager to get it remade, which went smoothly. Except, the next time I came in it was wrong again and this time they kept my receipt. I didn't complain. Then they did it to me again. And no receipt. When I asked for a receipt the woman gave me one with the bar scratched out where you couldn't read anything. I asked her to reprint, she told me no and yelled at me that I should have just scanned my phone. I've spent so much money here. They practically beg for tips, but won't give the service to go with it.

The owner reached out to me personally regarding a store survey I completed to talk to me about my experience from a prior visit. To recompense me for that experience, I was mailed 2 VIP tickets to replace my order. So this time was a redemption visit.

Well let me say this first, I love it when an owner takes the time to personally address a reported issue because it shows how much they care about every customer's concern. So I truly felt heard and listened to.

This time my Mocha Madness with Banana was made to perfection and my Chicken Pesto right and right!!! I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in and every employee, the cashier that took my order, the young lady who made my smoothie, and the gentleman who prepared my flatbread...yep, all three of them, greeted me by my name.

Let me confirm it for you....this is the location you want to frequent. I experienced a completely elevated experience from the time I completed the receipt survey to going back and giving this location another try. It was well worth it 1000%!!!

Bad services gave me a hot smoothie, they took it bad through more ice in it and gave it back. They would not remake my smoothie. The smoothie was water down. Poor service and a horrible attitude.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has to have some of the freshest smoothies and tasty wraps and bowls that I've ever had from any smoothie place. The staff is extremely inviting and friendly as well. Thank you guys for the good service
