I got the pulled pork it was moist and very good. The sauces were good. The collard greens were good. I enjoyed the corn bread it was not too sweet, but a little too sweet to be Southern.

Brisket and smoked sausage were great. Must use a mild rub, the bark was lightly flavored..... mostly taste the smoke and meat. If you want more flavor, just add sauce. Good line of sauces! Beans, corn bread, corn nuggets were on point. They give you ALOT of food.

I ate here with 3 other people and we all loved our food. I had a loaded potato with pulled pork it was delicious. My two companions had the pulled pork plates and reported the food was delicious. We have been back several more times. Great service, clean surroundings and great food, we will definitely eat there again.

Yesterday I had the worst pulled pork sandwich, full of skin and fat. I did mention it to the waitress and she offered to bring me some more pulled pork but I declined. I asked her to let the kitchen know for future. Also $8.25 for a bluemoon beer is horrible. A friend who had the same sandwich had lots of fat and skin in his too. Its sad because it used to be very good.

Walked in and sat at the bar, Clara was our server. Our food came quickly and was awesome. I had the Slawpy Pig which is pork bbq topped with slaw. Very tender great tasting sandwich. Clara was excellent and made our visit very enjoyable.

We absolutely love WJ's!! Every chance we get, we go. The associates are friendly, fast and helpful. The restaurant has great food and is always stocked and clean. They also are affordable and have wonderful specials daily. Yum!!

Ordered a few platters to go. First off I have never seen a BBQ joint serve chopped pork butt. When you bite into the pork, you realize why... Its not cooked low and slow as advertised, instead it is cooked fast and barely. It os so tough, has absolutely no flavor, no bark, no other flavor at all not even a salted exterior flavor. Even worse is they failed to provide any bbq sauce at all and since it was to go I wasnt able to just run to the fridge or pantry to grab some flavor. It was basically inedible. The corn nuggets were good, mac and cheese is ok, the banana pudding is disgusting. The chicken was just ok. The green beans and baked beans were good. Not sure who is responsible for this absolute joke of a pork product but its extremely disappointing, especially for the price. I hate leaving reviews and more so hate leaving bad ones, but this struck a nerve. It was like eating an overcooked crappy cut of meat that was just dry, chewy and flavorless. I cant say anything about the staff or location as it was a delivered order but do better please, especially for the price. I want to throw this at the wall right now lol unbelievable, who chops smoked pork butt, clearly wasn't ready for human consumption.

Fantastic pulled pork. Their sweet and sassy sauce is truly the best I’ve tasted in a very long time. Don’t forget their grape lemonade. Everything was great. Favorite barbecue in the villages hands down’

Food very good. Disappointed that a veteran owned facility doesn’t offer a meal or side to veterans on Veterans Day

After several meals here, I can say they are consistently good quality yummy food! Friendly staff and great service. Indoor and outdoor seating. Love the warm BBQ sauce selection :)
