Willy's Original at Sawgrass Grove

A terrible place all around. The head chef doesn’t wash his hands and puts them straight into your food, he’s also terrible to male workers while being a creep to the females. I do not recommend eating here unless you want to chance food poisoning also don’t recommend working here if you want to keep your sanity. 0/10 all the way around

They were nice enough to give me condiments for a breakfast sandwich I got at take5 even though I didn’t buy anything from them. Hope they keep doing more to boost their google rating!

Nick cooked up an awesome onion burger. My wife had the mushroom burger. She said it was delicious. We split the fries and they were very good. Bring your own water or drink. They are expensive. Prices are a little high but I guess they can do that next to the Sawgrass venue.

Burger was too greasy to eat—bun was very soggy. Wouldn’t recommend the burger or the restaurant because they should be aware that there’s entirely too much grease going on that bun.

The staff is disinterested bordering unfriendly. Ordered an expensive chopped salad with a burger. The salad was made on Friday-the sticker on the box said so. The burger was plopped on top. NOTHING was chopped. Minimal tomatoes.

You can do better.

Had visitors over for the day and de used to take them to Willy’s. It was our first time there. We all ordered the same thing the onion burger. The burger was juicy and tasty. The onions cooked to perfection. The fries were fresh and hot. We enjoyed the the food, but we all thought it was a bit to expensive.

Hot Dog was too greasy and did not have a good flavor. Hamburger was dry. Have eaten there twice now both not very good. Service was very very slow

This was our second visit to Willy’s Original. Was excited about our return visit as our first visit was awesome. Sadly, it was not the case this time. I had the Steak Burger both times. The first time my burger was cooked to perfection! It was moist and juicy - full of flavor! This time my burger was overcooked - dry and crunchy. I was very disappointed especially at the top end price paid. I’ll think twice before going back which is sad because I know what they are capable of. ?

$4 for a bottle of water is price gouging. Bun for burger was hard. Fries were clearly freezer burnt. Ordered my son a grilled chicken patty.(not on the menu as a stand alone) I noticed they had them for sandwiches and could add to salad, so I asked if I could just buy the patty. They were nice enough to allow me to do that. When I finally got the chicken patty (they forgot about it) it was green? I’m assuming covered in their avocado spread that’s advertised on their avocado chicken sandwich. To be honest, I assumed they forgot about it (til I reminded them by asking about it) and they took it off of an avocado sandwich im assuming, cause.. it was green. We were already ready to leave at that point so we took back the entire green chicken patty, and asked for a refund. They said “no, that’s how our grilled chicken is marinated, you cannot have a refund.” I would’ve accepted this answer if 1. They had communicated that the grilled chicken only came with avocado spread. 2. The grilled chicken Caesar salad didn’t come with “avocado chicken.” It was an overall disappointment for a $7 piece of chicken $4bottle of water $4.50 freezer burnt fries and a very mediocre $14 burger. 20/10 wouldn’t recommend and deff not coming back
