Stephanie was our waitress and WOW were we impressed. She went above and beyond with her service. We initially called with an allergy question, and thought we wouldn’t be able to eat there. They took the time to call us back to let us know that our needs would absolutely be met. So we went for an early dinner. All the food is made in house and came out quickly! Appetizers piping hot and entrees were delicious! If you are in the area this is a great place to swing into! It’s a fun environment for families! 1000/10!! Thanks for a great meal and experience!

Our waiter was not the friendliest. She automatically assumed all 10 of us were on the same bill and put all of our orders on one ticket and when it came time to pay, she told us to figure it out among ourselves or split the payment up on 2 cards. We definitely had a issue with that considering it should of been 6 on one ticket and 4 on the other. She did end up splitting it for us after we had an issue. I've NEVER had a waiter not ask how the bill would be split especially with a large party. I believe she was pushing us to pay on one ticket because the tip was automatically included in our bills 22% of our total. The service was not worth $50 for an hrs of service from a rude waitress. The tea sucked it was not sweet, not one of us liked it. The chicken is very bland and has no flavor. Definitely will not be going back. Can get better food and service for the price elsewhere. Don't get the chicken or tea.
So you mean to tell me 10 people didn't hear her not once but twice ask how the check would be split.
She did not ask or when we told her we had an issue with it all being all on one check she would of said well I asked twice. She fixed it bc she knew she messed up. I highly doubt from the camera you can read lips but whatever to try to make your rude waitress look better but the service we paid for should of been better.
And yes your free jello shots that you also offered to my 14yr old daughter. Next time you should be more careful and ID your customers. Your lucky she refused it or that could of been a charge. Hopefully you also saw that on your camera as well since you personally reviewed it but I doubt it ?

Was not disappointed great appetizers alcohol drinks, virgin drinks, kid, friendly, I was visiting from New York was looking for a more like a family dining place, but my brother-in-law mentioned this place I was looking for more of a seafood restaurant wasn’t what I expected when I got inside, but after we sat down, and I ordered a virgin drink, we went with the punches and need to say not disappointed. Will go back again.

Great food, awesome staff and laid back family friendly atmosphere.
Kid-friendliness: Pirate themed restaurant with lots of decor and fun silly signs for kids to look at and giggle over. While this is a pub and alcohol is served, the staff never allows an unsafe environment to occur. We are local, frequent a lot and have never experienced a bad visit.

If you don't live or vacation in Tierra Verde, Jolly is well worth the drive from wherever you're at. They won best burger in Tampa Bay the last 2 years from Creative Loafing. It is most deserved win. All 4 of their burger varieties are delicious. Their new grouper sandwich is the best I ever had. The crew is awesome. You'll have a great time!

There was a hair in my salad and when I asked to have it fixed they took my chicken off the same plate with the hair, cut up that same piece and gave it back to me. When I asked for a new piece of chicken the server seemed bothered. Server was so unfriendly.
