Jill the waitress made sure my brother had a great birthday! She was awesome and fast. Loved her vibe !!
Food was great and very reasonable ! Got the chicken tacos and potato salad for myself. Potato salad wasn’t the greatest but the tacos were amazing!!

We came here for dinner, it had just rained very hard so unfortunately the tiki bar area was closed down so we sat at the outside bar. They were very welcoming and helped us get to the outside seating area. This was our first time here, and we were surprised by how clean it was for being right on the marina.
The bartender was very sweet and gave us suggestions on the top selling things on the menu. We got served pretty quickly after our order, which was nice. The food was delicious and enough for two peopleto share. Everything overall was very good, and we will definitely be back and spread the word. Thank you for a great night!

We have been to everywhere in st Pete and passed a grille and this was our BEST meal. From the drinks to appetizer to meal, Great service, good atmosphere and such delicious meals

Always good. Table service was super friendly. The young man helping dockside to tie up boats is super helpful too.

Awesome atmosphere! Great waitress. Very good daiquiri and pina coladas. Food was beautifully plated. Shrimp tacos and salmon BLT were delicious. Great fish fry and chicken bowl as well. Highly recommend.

We’re locals and Island Grille is our favorite place to go by boat for lunch or dinner. The food is always amazing, curry mussels are our favorite!!! Waitstaff is always friendly and Dylan at the dock knows what he is doing! Once we’re done cleaning up after Helene and Milton, Island Grille will be our first stop! Can’t wait to get back!

Very nice atmosphere and variety of menu items. Also very delicious. I had the blackened salmon, mashed sweet potatoes, house salad and key lime pie.
