I've been staying here at the hotel for about 7 weeks since my condo flooded. I was excited when Vista reopened after the last hurricane. The restaurant location is great, it's a nice, laid back environment, typically with live music from very talented locals. The food is extremely good! It's made fresh to order and I love that the menu isn't too big, but has a nice variety of great small plates, which really are a nice size. I personally love the tuna poke and the burrata but they have great chicken wings as well that my son enjoyed. They even have large ice balls so if you want to enjoy a nice glass of good whiskey on an ice ball you can.... or you can just take it neat. Either way, I highly recommend Vista at the Top! It's a nice cozy environment and the entire staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful.

Sara was amazing with booking our wedding rehearsal on 5/30. She had excellent communication and was very personable. The bartenders and servers delivered stellar service. The food was great and the views speak for themselves. I highly recommend this hotel, the rooftop restaurant. we look forward to using them again for future celebrations.

This is not a full restaurant and you should not be coming here for a dinner meal. At best this is a very poor serviced pool bar.
When it comes to the food, very poor quality hotel food and you can tell they are on a budget. Seems like their budget is so small they can't spare to make full size crab cakes. Slider sized at best. Something on the menu was called Crazy Potatoes the only crazy thing is that they thought spreading some sauce in the bottom of a full plate of wedges was going to make an appetizer. We were better off ordering from Publix deli than what we got. Absolute terrible service, our waitress dropped our food and bounced. Never saw her again, had to keep coming up to the bar for condiments, boxes and our check.
Check your receipt and perhaps take a picture of your signed bill, she also thought it was a good idea to add her self a nice tip without our authorization.

I’ve been coming to the rooftop for 3 years and the views, service, and food are amazing! Bartenders Sheridan, Laura, and Austin make quality drinks and always make my experience enjoyable. Great local spot!
This place is a joke.A beautiful view wasted for a place that is always understaffed who has a staff that only cares about you if you flag them down taking them away from their phones. They didn’t wash their hands after using the phones which was disgusting. I was trying to hang out and they made me feel really uncomfortable, I felt rushed out and it felt like they were more excited about getting out of there . Hire people who actually won’t scare away customers.The drinks were not balanced and the food was cold . I had the pork sliders and crab cakes. Bland flavor and they were not even warm what so ever. I was told the kitchen is downstairs but that shouldn’t be an excuse . I visit time to time from Orlando and whoever build this place has no idea what true hospitality is.And don’t even get me started about the front desk of this hotel ?. Got greeted with a “ya… are you checking in?”Wonderful view and wonderful island. Horrible business and horrible service . Don’t visit here unless you are just going for the view.

For the past couple months I have had the chance to be employed by Vista at the Top. I was really nervous working around people again, being that my career choice is Dog Training. Fortunately I had nothing to be nervous about all this time. I have been treated nothing but kindly. Organized routine, full time hours, benefits, amazing staff, management and wonderful food. The hotel handles hospitality very well. Dakota is a great, reputable manager. He makes sure that is staff needs are met, whether that is working enough hours, listening to his employees, being attentive, proactive, giving us proper advice and in general providing a stress-free environment. Unfortunately after not finding a house nearby the hotel, I had to move further away. Dakota has been nothing but helpful while I navigate myself through this new part of my life, putting more focus onto my new business while remaining employed part time. I would 100% recommend any eligible candidates to apply to work here, as it is such a unique and beneficial experience.As well as taking a visit to enjoy the food, rooftop atmosphere and wonderful service. One of my favorite part of the menu is that anyone can enjoy our menu. Whether you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, pescatarian, non dairy, keto, carnivore, you name it! The Vista will take good care of you.Thank you again☺️

Enjoyed our time - mainly because of the views, the music, and the drinks were pretty good. The service wasn’t the best. Also, may be false advertising (?) But the signage says for happy hour that the craft cocktails were $7, so we were excited to check that out, but it turns out only the well drinks with a mixer was in the deal, so we were a bit disappointed

Stayed here for about a week and tried this place twice. Crab cakes were some of the best I ever had. Beer taps were out of order so had to have cans or bottles. Great service from the bartenders. Bring a jacket because it is windy up there. Would definitely go back.
