Waited in line for 5 mins to get to the counter to be told to wait, waited another 20 mins and was told I’d be next, continued to take drive threw orders and online orders me and three others walked out no wonder drive threw backed up smh

The sandwiches were exceptionally sloppy and the bread was soggy. I was refused refund and kicked me out because I had a complaint. The people working were cruel and inconsiderate.

Food order was wrong. Orders were mixed up. How this happens when there are no other orders going out is beyond me. Very disappointed with their service and refuse to go back to this establishment again as this has not been their first time. Their workers do not seem to what to work for their current management. Which I can understand when when he himself doesn’t do his job well. The little girl wiping down the trays at the front counter seemed to have all his attention. As he never even gave me my receipt with my order. I will highly recommend everyone else to stay away from this location

Why does your male manager on duty during the day have attitude towards your customers. Especially at Christmas. He represents your restaurant, your brand and he is not doing you any favors. I certainly don't want to spend my money at Arby's now and I bet everyone I tell this to won't want to either. Hey Mr. Arby's, do yourself a favor, check into this.

Order food around 10:30 although food was good drive through window girl seemed to have a bad attitude and not approachable at all and because of this I won’t be back
Went inside to eat, this man was taking my order and by far the best customer service I ever had. Said everyone by name, the food was quick and tasted so good

I was in and out at the drive thru granted it was later at night. The sandwich was fresh and the fries were as well, the only thing I was questionable about is the size of a med drink now.. seems smaller than what I remember it being because I always was impressed how big a med was prior now I'm not really. Friendly smiles, and nice people at the window serving.
Never had a bad experience at this location. Food has always been correct and enjoyable. Sandwiches are always on point. Drive through line is usually very managable, and moves accordingly. Recommended Arby's here if it's your thing.
