So, i dont even know where to start. Lets just say that the bagel was great, besides that, i will never go back. I went here about 3 weeks ago and got a couple bagels and cream cheese. Very good but the fun began when the gentleman at the register didnt even know how to run it. I was overcharged , Then got my order wrong twice. I asked for the manager and ahe was "not available" so i left unhappy. I have called and stopped in numerous times and the manager is never there. This place is a joke. Thank goodness there are other bagel places.

New to town and I’m so glad I found this spot!Got a bacon, egg, and cheese with an iced hazelnut latte to drink.Not the biggest bagel in the wild but it is dense and chewy, and very filling!My latte is also huge! And delicious.So happy I found a delicious local bagel place! Can’t wait to try more of what they have to offer!Thank you!

I'd rather take an unpaid day off work, spend 2-3 times more, and take all morning to make my own bagels at home than be disappointed by whatever bread-like substance they try to pass off as a bagel here.

The owner has been sued my numerous past employees for non payment of wages. Now they've been shut down by the health department after a disgruntled employee posted pictures on Facebook of bags of bagels being eaten through by rats, 3 week old cream cheese and more moldy bagels. The next day the health department shut them down. The employee also mentioned that they are being paid $10/hr instead of the state wage of $12/hr. This is common practice for the owner. Don't waste your time or money on bagel 13

Unfortunately, Bagel 13 is just not that good. The bagels are kinda tasteless and have no chew or firm exterior. The service is meh. I ordered a dozen and they have to punch in every different bagel individually on the register instead of just charging for the dozen, that's crazy. And finally, the atmosphere leaves some to be desired. Darn, I was so hopeful, but I'll only go back as a last resort.

Meh, ordered breakfast for 4. Ordered 3 bagel sandwich's, one bagel toasted with cc, a cinnamon roll and a coffee. The bagels were pale white and barely warm; not toasted or crunch to them all. Ordered cold brew, didn't have any. Ordered ice latte and it tasted like overly sweet caramel milk. Cinnamon roll was cold. I cant dink super sweet drinks and I hate to complain or leave a review but the response when I asked for a refund in the drink was a bit shocking. The cashier was almost appalled and said she can't refund and she'd make another drink. I told her if it was going to be made the same way I'd like a refund. She told me how a latte was made and I informed I'm aware as I make them myself but it literally tasted like caramel milk and I would like a refund. She offered to make a frappe but I was just wanting a cold coffee not a sweet creamy drink. We paid by card and was told she couldn't refund to a card and asked if cash was okay. I said whatever works for you. The customer that ordered while I was waiting somehow got served a cold coffee without it being a latte or frappe but I was told they didn't have anything so I'm at a loss.
Cozy little shop. Great coffee, delicious breakfast with great service. Oh yeah, they have bagels, too.

Went in for a bagel and coffee to-go because my usual place was closed.Bagel (bacon egg and cheese) and coffee came to $9.45 with tax.I love garlic bagels. This was ok. A little dough-y but otherwise flavorful. Is it a $6.50 bagel? Eh, maybe. Prices have gone up recently everywhere, so I'm not surprised.I asked for a large coffee. Was charged and served a small/regular coffee. The team member manning the front end was busy so I decided not to speak to her about it. No harm no foul, just minor inattentiveness.Atmosphere was nice but there was nothing to write home about. It is a smaller bagel place but they have a secondary room for seating.

We used to love going to Garden St location every time we visited Titusville. The server was great but the overall feel and excitement for coming here has dropped drastically. The place looks half-done inside and food was not as good as it used to
