Decided to make a last-minute stop for dinner with my wife. It was a very busy night, but our food still came out relatively quick. Our food was great. The only real complaint was our drinks didn’t get refilled even once during our visit, but the entire restaurant seemed very clean

Well, I have visited this restaurant several times, and there is always one or another complaint, but yesterday, March 9 at 8:30 pm, I crossed my limits, my daughters and my husband went, the waitress sat next to my partner to take the order, there was too much interactivity on both sides. It should be noted, it was a lack of respect on the part of the woman towards the Family, it was supposed to create a family atmosphere and this waitress only caused problems and exposed my partner to the Family, these types of things should not happen, and these types of women should not attend, because they create a bad environment and take responsibilities that do not correspond to them, above all ethics and professionalism, and this happened within their establishment, look at the cameras and you will know who It was the disrespectful waitress. I will not leave her name here out of respect, we are women and I have daughters.

Came here with the family and the wait for service was wayyyyy to long .Finally got appetizers and no plates till we were allready almost done then never asked if we wanted a refill . Still sitting here wating for meal with 2 little ones We will never be back and this truly is a no tip night

It's a chain. Was convenient to I95. An up scale McDonalds. Food way to salty. Four or 5 main food items mixed and matched into different items. Not my market segment. Will not return.

So sad, was my regular spot but I had to be patient. I’ve been patient more than 3 times. Never ever ever go there on a Friday or Saturday night. They are poorly staffed, managed, and the bartender forgets she is an employee and that customers should come first. She shouldn’t yell at the owner that can’t manage people in the first place. But hey their food has to be good cause it’s a chain.

Very good Bar and Grill with a great menu and drink selection. We enjoyed dinner here both nights we stayed at the hotel.

Waitress was nice. Only 3 people in here right now. Waited for 20 minutes before anyone noticed I was there and was finally able to get a drink.
Food was barely edible. Loaded mashed potatoes with the loaded part baked into a single rock like structure. Steak was gamey. Waited to eat steak so I could get some A1 to dump on it and kill the gamey taste, after 20 minuets I got up, in a almost completely empty restaurant and walked over to a cashiers stand and grabbed a bottle off there.
The waitress was nice. This is just a poorly managed location, other franchises in this area are much better. I do not recommend this location and hopefully something can be done with the management to clean this place up.

Well tonight we had a terrible meal here, not that many would be considered good.
Wife had a grilled chicken bowl, the chicken was actually bad, like spoiled. They remade it and told her that they come prepackaged like it wasn’t their fault for sending it out.
My cheesesteak had no taste at all. I mean none.
After that, the meal was pretty much ruined but thankfully they did let us pay full price to make it right. Hahahah.
We will not be back to this location. We will stick with the garden street location, if we go back at all.
It’s getting pretty frustrating how many restaurants are failing to get good food out to their customers there days but still keep raising prices.
