We asked for the mixer with pumkin ice cream with m&ms as a mix in ( we said pumkin ice cream twice). It want until after we paid $17 that they handed us a mixer with vanilla ice cream. We politely said that we wanted pumkin ice cream and the workers said that they don’t do flavors in the mixers. Just a warning to anyone that wants to order a mixer with an ice cream flavor they will not let you know you cannot do that until after you pay. Very disappointing because we would not have paid that much money for plain vanilla ice cream with some m and ms on top!! Hope this helps

Absolutely LOVE the homemade ice cream and I'm an ice cream expert! Prices are a little high and I wish they would remind you to give your phone number for their loyalty program because I am constantly forgetting and n who doesn't want to earn free ice cream 🍦. Overall, it's highly recommended, especially the chocolate, almond, coconut!

Delicious italian ice. I got three: strawberry, watermelon, and dragonfruit. The service was terrific. She went above and beyond. This was sooooo much better than Tropical Smoothie!

Will never go back to this location, service is HORRIBLE especially from some Indian kid with glasses. Maybe owners son or something but very rude and in front of my kids who are 5 and 7. I hope no one goes to this location. Will be calling corporate let them know how these manager kids are reflecting the company name Brusters.

From Ashes to Flowers
The ice cream is always good, but the staff today was awful. We ordered 2 scoops of vanilla with chocolate sprinkles for my 13 year old, the guy who took my order clearly gave me two very obvious BARLEY half of a scoop each, equaling less than one scoop in total of ice cream. He was offended that my husband noticed and called out this penny pinching practice, and then proceeded to charge us extra to get what we were supposed to be getting in the first place. Very shady. He slammed the sliding door on us. Will not be going back.
