Great ice cream shop. Variety of flavor options for all tastes. They even offer a vegan selection with multiple great flavors made with oat milk. by far the best vegan options i’ve ever seen offered and all are delicious. The butter pecan ice cream was delicious but the cookie dough was terrible. My son ordered a milkshake and he didn’t get what he ordered. The service was not great and I wouldn’t come back here. It was expensive and just not worth it.

Visited today 2/26 @7pm for the first time, even though the ice cream was good we won't be coming back, the very young lady at the drive-thru was so rude like she hated to be there, the place was empty so not like she was in a rush or anything, just not customer service skills at all; I rather bring my business to somewhere that is more welcoming.

The food was fine nothing special, but when I called back to look for my lost credit card, they quickly said no we don’t have any and hung up on me. Very rude! We will not be returning just because the person hung up on me like that. He couldn’t take 3 seconds for me to tell them it was thru drive thru or put me on hold to atleast pretend to check or ask a manager

I worked here for 3 weeks and I was fired because I told the manager that a boy was stealing $100 bills from the register, so all the other employees “teenagers” decided to get together and tell the manager that they don’t feel comfortable with me, this was because they wanted to get me back for exposing their friend for doing something wrong, and the manager is rude and cheap, she hired a 14 year old which I asked her if I could work for her last year when I was 14 and she completely said no, they treated me super unfair, and there is mold under the sinks where the pipe is broken, with water leaking into a old paint bucket

I absolutely love Bruster's!!! My favorite ? The offer vegan - dairy free ice cream...When I 1st started going I would get the 2 scoops (cookies n cream n chocolate) now I get 3 scoops in this order.Mint at the bottom, chocolate in the middle and on top cookies n cream. Highly recommend Bruster's.

There's a wait but worth it. The menu couldn't be any easier to read. But first timers gonna be confused. The customer service is ok, nothing too crazy. Overall I'd come back.

I went for ice cream tonight, it was closing time, the girl Arianna that helped me was a sweetheart, i move here a couple years ago but I had never been there, I have to say she was real cool, very pretty ,very polite and kind! I felt bad it was closing time but I wouldn't have known that the way Arianna treated me, Thanku Arianna

I am so happy that I found Brusters. I moved to this area from South Florida. Down there they have Kilwins chocolates and ice cream. I didn't think I would find anything close once I moved. Then I found Brusters. The ice cream is so fresh and delicious. I pick up a chocolate shake and a quart of Butter Pecan to go almost every week.

I thought you guys were a good ice cream polar but you guys don't listen old lady was rude and I said this is not a banana split
