This is the last chance I'll give Burger King. I've been so disappointed every time. I ordered nuggets and had to throw them out. They were hollow and tasted so bad. And then I go back and get the classic chicken sandwich and it was so dry and hard. It looked like it was sitting there for a while. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they take their business seriously. It's sad, because growing up I loved BK. During college I loved my Tender Crisp Sandwich. It's sad to say that they don't seem to care about the quality of their food anymore.

Service was slow and we did not receive the correct sandwiches. The receipt was correct, but they must have switched our burgers with someone else's order. I ordered a cheese whopper with everything (no ketchup). I got a plain cheese whopper with nothing else. My husband's order was also incorrect.

This Burger King was a mess. Eight people waiting, a line of cars, one person cooking and one on drive-thru. Another worker came out but moved in slow motion like it was a Sunday nap. Employees were arguing loudly, fries were just sitting there aging like fine antiques, and I waited 30 minutes for my order. Do not go there unless you have a lot of free time and enjoy disappointment, it’s a complete waste of time. I’ll be driving to Port St. John from now on. This place needs better staffing, better management, or better pay…something has got to change.
Their employees are slower than molasses during freezing weather. I’ve been here twice, first time ordered thru the drive thru and sat there for 25 minutes before I got my food. This time, I placed a mobile pickup order to pick up in the drive thru. Pull up, get our drinks, they tell us to park in the front and they would bring our food. So, we did. 10 minutes. 15 minutes. 30 minutes had passed waiting for our food, but it never came. Walked in to check on our order.. it’s just sitting under the heat lamp. Lord only knows how long it sat there. Lazy workers, lazy food preparation. Over all just lazy. If you order pick up, wait 15-20 minutes before actually going to pick it up.

Used the drive up, the service was fine. Two whoppers and two fries. None of it hot. Burger condiments poorly put together. The onion sliced too thick to nest. They did ask if we wanted ketchup and indeed it was put in the bag!
