Horrible store. Refused my AMEX payment despite it being on their register. Told me they don’t take it at that location anymore, but manager refused to speak to me. Spoke to corporate and told me they should be accepting AMEX. Manager hid from me in the back and refused to speak to me. 6-7 people walked out of line waiting because the manager hid instead of talking to me or taking their order. Manager is unprofessional.

We order breakfast. 2 sausage and egg croissants, tots & drinks. It was ok but had diarrhea about 30 minutes later. I associated it with the croissants.

Spent an inordinate amount of time in the drive thru so decided to park and walk in to order. I stood at the counter for five minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. I’ll never go there again.

Constant issues with this location. Orders are never made right. They ran out of American cheese and put swiss on it without telling me. You should let people know when you're out of something rather than replacing without telling the customer. Every time I come through my order has been wrong undercooked or burnt never have I had a good experience at this location. They need to fix their management staff and employees ASAP

Just terrible…. waited 45 minutes for a mobile order that was one meal. Made me park outside the doors for the majority of the time and the food was cold when i finally did get it.

Update: Returned after 8 months to pick up dinner and the problems are the same. Waited 20 minutes for food ordered on the app. Had to pull around and wait and the order was wrong and had to go inside. The cook tried to blame me by saying the order didn't didn't say what I said it said. The other employees verified my order did specify how I wanted the food and the food I received was incorrect. The cook is clearly incompetent. They were not very busy. When I got home, I ended up giving the food to my dog because it was overcooked and gross.

My advice is to go to a different location. They can't handle even a small lunch crowd. I waited 10 minutes at the speaker just to tell them I had a mobile order. They always have you pull around and park to get food. Today mine was wrong and I had to go inside anyway. The whole time, my frozen drink was melting. I won't be back to this location.

Clearly the owner keeps this location severely understaffed. For any drive thru order you'll likely be told to wait in front of the double doors. Here's a tip that may save you time if you order through the app, wait a good 40 minutes past the pickup time for them to have your food ready, and pray it's correct cause if not, another 30 minute wait!

The food is great! The only issue is they do take out, called in orders, and drive through before they will even take orders up front no matter the size of the line. If someone orders and they end up with a big drive through line they wait to get the food for the one who placed the order in restaurant. My parents and I have walked out multiple times when they do this when we haven't ordered. When they take the order and give the food in a reasonable amount of time their great!

I bought one of the promotional spongebob whoppers that have a yellow bun for $9 and I got the wrong sandwich. This is not the first time my order was wrong from this Burgerking.

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Slow Service, Inaccurate order, and you’re lucky if someone actually comes to take your order in the drive through.

I visited this Burger King at 6:30 PM and was the only customer inside the restaurant. I stood waiting for several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. When Simmon finally took my order around 7:00 PM, he did not greet me, respond when I asked how he was doing, or show any basic courtesy. He stood there with a blank, visibly annoyed expression and appeared irritated by my presence.
After placing my order, I waited until 7:45 PM to receive my food. When I finally did, the fries were cold, crushed, and broken, and it was clear that fresh fries were never dropped during the entire time I was waiting in the restaurant.
I politely asked for fresh fries. Simmon responded in a very unprofessional manner—he aggressively grabbed my bag, treated it like trash, and threw the fries from the counter into a garbage can several feet away. I thanked him afterward, but received no response—just an angry look.
What made this even more frustrating is that the two employees in the back were clearly working hard making sandwiches, and there was also a friendly woman handling the drive-thru orders. Simmon, however, stood around watching instead of helping—he could have assisted them or dropped fresh fries to improve service.
I understand that restaurants are often short-staffed, but that does not excuse poor customer service or disrespectful behavior. This location needs to improve management oversight, customer service standards, and staffing support. This experience was unacceptable and disappointing.
