Lady said they would put jalapeños on my whopper and it didn’t have any. Also, waited for half of the order in the parking lot. Food was cold and fries were super stale, cold, and gross.

They have not changed, despite the remodel. No more large cups and they ignored us when we asked when they will get more, the lady ignored the question. Seemed too busy laughing with coworkers. We used a coupon for large drinks but did not get large drinks because they are out of cups.
We have given them several chances in the past but this was the last straw. We are no longer going to BK.
