i ordered a chicken bowl with a side of queso @12pm on Dec 8th.

The large lady working the chipotle lane at that time mistakened my side of queso (worth around 5$) with a side of sour cream instead.

However this is the worst rated chipotle of all time, so I can completely understand why the employees do not have the minimal brain power required to differentiate between two completely different sauces.

Just a disgusting chipotle if you ask me. Had a pickup order through drive through. Sorry chipotle lane. Waited ten minutes for cold food. And on my very last bite of food, there was a curly black hair in my food. House full of people who don’t have that hair type, so we know exactly where it came from. The inside of this chipotle was also disgusting. Not eating here again.

We ordered burrito bowl and the rice was under cooked. Felt really bad to chew and eat it ... Never experienced such things in any of the Chipotle restaurants thus far. Did not complain as everyone else was also being served the same and we were also so tired to bring this up and explain to the staff. Ate the veggies and protein and left the rice ro avoid any digestion issue and moved on. But will not visit this location again.

Halle gave the best customer service today with my visit. She makes hands down the best burrito 🌯 bowls! Restaurant was clean and orderly. 10 out of 10 I recommend!

The service was very slow on a Sunday on an online order. We still had to wait for the food. In addition, the chicken was dried out. Overall a poor experience. I will not be going back.

Extremely rude! Young black female who prepared my food was obviously racist toward white people and should be terminated immediately. Definitely complained to the corporate office about her nasty little attitude!

This is a convenient location. I only went here because of the recent smoked brisket advertisement but when I ordered, they were out of it. They have this huge advertisement in the middle of the menu board. Anyway, I got the chicken bowl ($8.60) and a small soda ($2.80). It was nice to see a drink that is not over $3.
