I wish I could give no stars. This is the worst chipotle I have ever had. Ordered a bowl through the app. Delivery was great. Opened the food, started eating and the food was hard and burnt. I’m not one to complain about food. I even gave this place a try after all the negative reviews. I went to the app to speak to customer service because I couldn’t eat any of the bowl. I would think that would warrant a refund. Was that an option? No it wasn’t. Apparently all I could do was give feedback. Well here’s my feedback, chipotle. Kindly don’t waste your money on this garbage and go to any other restaurant in Titusville. I’m sure it would be better than here.

First off after I asked them to give me more rice they refuse they didn't want to give me anything you asked for more lettuce then I'm trying to tell me I got to be up charged for lettuce I've had the worst experience I've ever had in Chipotle I go there quite a few times a week and lately I will not be back to the one in Titusville I don't like being talked to or treated the way I am special when I'm paying $15 for a chicken bowl when I get less than a half a scoop of chicken in the

Beware - way way over-salted food. SALT SALT. Shame that folks who cook here can’t control the shake. Easy on the salt. Let the natural flavors do the work. Fajita veggies way overcooked, they were moosh - in fact as I try to eat this bowl, I think it is the fajita's that are over-salted. Makes the bowl inedible. $10 down the drain! Mentioned it to lady at counter who said, "ok, thank you". I don’t think the staff here cares.

Walked from my store on my 30mn break to order a quesadilla. Told I have to dowload a freaking app and order it digitally. There's no service in the entire plaza. Absolutely ridiculous. Why can't you have all items available to order in store ???
