Great to finally have a buffet and a variety of foods
Parking is not so good if you go during busy time
But we like it, need better salad bar tho
I would definitely recommend food is fresh vegetables crispy not over sauced all around great experience
The food was tasteless. The Chinese food was a low budget shopping strip fast food experience in taste. The so called country food was low budget and tasteless as well. We sampled 90% of their food and the only items we liked were the Bananas pudding and the whole catfish.
To be expected at a 1-2 star fast food restaurant.
The Ichiban Buffet in Merritt Island my best choice for Chinese. Golden Corral in Palm Bay for Country food.
To be only opened a short time ago, the place is showing signs of wear and lipstick on a pig.
Save your money and don't go to this place.
Better buffet than most. Lots of choices. Very crowded when we went. The shrimp that looked like coconut shrimp but wasn't had a nice looking batter but it was hiding an uncleaned shrimp in it's shell legs and all. Defeated the purpose of being prepared in a batter since you had to remove the shell and parts to get at the meat. That first bite was not pleasant figuring that out. All in all I would return. It's a bargain and they offer a discount to Veterans and seniors.
Not the place to visit if you have any kind of seafood allergy!

We went there tonight and had an great experience! The food was delicious, served hot, and offered an awesome variety that had something for everyone. The service was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality and portion sizes. We will definitely be going back!
I went with my parents the other day, we had a wonderful meal. The food was great and fresh, the staff was helpful. All in all a great experience. We will definitely be back.
The best Chinese/American buffet I’ve ever been to. It’s worth the drive from wherever you are coming from.
