The staff is very nice. My disappointment lies in the steamed tortilla shells. They tear and are soft. When cooked correctly and long enough, they are delicious and don’t tear. They could easily be pan fried like abuela does. I believe a Latin style fast food restaurant should have more authenticity to their basic tortillas.

Tried Del Taco today for the first time and it was my worse experience. Food was awful. I gave instructions to put chips to the side that didn't happen. Then I asked for extra sweetener for my cold coffee that didn't happen. Food was saggy and nasty and I am still hungry.
