Smoked wings were very crispy, hot and tasty. Also, the side salad was good.

I love Brisket and had great brisket here before but this time the brisket was so tough. Not sure if the meat was hard to cook or something happen but it was just so tough to chew. I'm very disappointed in the quality of meat.

It’s unfortunate that this place will probably not last. Nice, clean and friendly but the food isn’t that good. I’ve had the brisket a few times, resembled beef jerky every time. Pulled pork wasn’t bad if you’re wanting roasted pork, had ZERO smoke flavor. The ribs, coleslaw and baked beans are good. Tried the breakfast, omelet with brisket, more like cubes of jerky and tater tots. The 9 tater tots I got were good. 9, no exaggerations!
Here’s my advice, when you travel to a small town and there’s two restaurants side by side, one has a full parking lot and one doesn’t, there’s a reason. I sincerely hope “Doc” reads these reviews and makes the necessary adjustments because I’d love to see them succeed

The Ribs were cooked to perfection! We had grenbeans, collards and coleslaw. All 3 were delicious!. I also ordered the garlic bread Cuban sandwich ?!!!!.it was one of the best Cuban sandwiches I've ever tasted. I will definitely be ordering this sandwich at least once a week!!!!!.

Ordered online, when I got home my order wasn't correct. I called to get my incorrect portion removed from my bill. I had to call 3 times before someone picked up and she was arguing with me about that I ordered and what I got. I had the order in front of me and she would not listen and kept trying to tell me I had got what I ordered.
The portions were small, the burger was dry, and the food was bland. Too overpriced for no better than a McDonald's burger.

We are so glad we found this great little place! Our party of 6 really enjoyed every bit of our dining experience. Our food was fabulous and the prices are great! Our server, Jenny was so accommodating, pleasant and funny too! Definitely looking forward to going back to try breakfast too! ?

I briskly walked balladromically to the front door, inhaling the gorgeous aroma of slow-cooked smoked meat. Aubrey is the server. She was fantastic. She gave off a vibe of warmth and friendship and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She received a 40% tip today for her professionalism. Kudos, Aubrey! Thank you for being so dedicated to your job. I asked Aubrey for some smoked chicken wings, smoked meatloaf, and some smoked Mac & Cheese. I was beginning to see a pattern.
There are two other restaurants of the same moniker that are connected. However, upon a call from my Editor, the person at Doc's Smokehouse in Titusville said she didn't think so, though she was relatively new, so don't quote her. The other two are in the Upper Midwest, so I would hazard to guess that unless Doc came down for some sun and decided not to leave, they are not related.
Now, I like me a good dry wing, but one bite in and I found these to be so dry, I was spitting out cotton balls. Not really, but you get the point. I think these might have been left under the lights a bit too long or overcooked. Either way, they had superb flavoring they were just drier than the Gobi.
The smoked meatloaf was above average. You got a good sense of the smoke. It was smokey on the palate, but not so much that it lacked flavor. The complex flavor of the meats, herbs, spices, and smoke came together in joyous harmony, dancing on my palate like a well-rehearsed symphony. The side of mashed potatoes was likewise delectable.
As I approached my last dish to be sampled, I allowed the smoked meatloaf to leisurely exit my senses and then and only then did I sample the Smoked Mac & Cheese. This was almost as good as the Smoked Meatloaf. It was creamy and smokey, the pasta was cooked to perfection and it was above average. Nothing wrong here at all.
If it hadn't been for the arid wings, this would have been a 4-star review. Smoke is the theme here, from the name to the menu. I'm all for that, as I love good slow and low-smoked meat.

I have been wanting to try Doc's for some time.
Finally got the chance when some family came over.
The service as well as the food was outstanding. The food was hot, well prepared and delicious.
The atmosphere is clean & functional, which is ok since they can put their effort into their food.
The only downside was deciding between the meal selections offered.
I do not mind that I will have to return and try them....

Went in on a rainy Sunday afternoon between busier times and were told we could sit anywhere we wanted. I chose the room off to the side without televisions because that's how I prefer to dine. The service was excellent and the food was phenomenal! I tried their ribs, smoked collard greens and fried okra. The ribs were very meaty, smoked to perfection and seasoned very nicely. I choose to use their different sauces except for the sweet one and I loved them all! The greens were fantastic with the hint of smoky flavor (how do you do it?) and the okra was fried just right. Come on Titusville/Mims people! This place needs to be busier!!! It's soooooo good. I want to go back to try the breakfast soon.

I ordered catering for a party since we enjoy going to the restauran lt and always enjoyed the food and service. I was a little shocked at the price per person but when we got the food it was HUGE portions, the chicken legs were the biggest I've ever seen, the food was spectacular -spot on, excellent!!! Everyone asked where it came from. Worth every penny! Will use them again.

Delicious food! Opened for all meals. We wanted a breakfast place in the area and this came up. We were skeptical, but we are glad we came! There was music playing from a digital jukebox, but it wasn’t overly loud. TVs were playing, as well. There’s an area that is quieter without the TVs if you prefer.
The food was great. Large portions. I think the powdered sugar was missing from my French toast, though. It was still good. The service was amazing. Brisket scrambler came with scrambled eggs, but the server came back and asked how he wanted the eggs. They come with scrambled eggs, but he asked for over easy. When it came out, they were scrambled, so she brought an extra order of over easys. :)
We will be back to try dinner sometime.
