I ordered 3 pizza's and when I got home we opened the boxes and long and behold they were overcooked and dry as sandpaper. I called to complain about it and was told because my kids ate a piece their was nothing they could do. $27.00 for overcooked dry pizza. Domino's you truly are despicable to send out pizza like that to hard working customers. You should be very ashamed. Thank you John W

I’m a Muslim and do not eat pork. I ordered 4 chicken Alfredo Pasta and a sandwich. When the delivery arrived, we were eager to eat, but two of the Alfredo dishes contained bacon. I called the store and spoke to a “manager” who was very unprofessional. I requested either a redelivery or a refund, but he refused, offering only “store credit under this number.” Sir, people order because they are hungry. After some back-and-forth, he rudely hung up. Never again. This manager needs training on handling escalations, especially regarding food issues.

Lost My Debit Card – Zero Accountability or Customer Service
I used to stop at this Domino’s every Friday like clockwork. That ends now.
Last visit, I went through the drive-thru, paid, and drove off—only to realize I never got my debit card back. I called twice. The manager said, “We ain’t got it,” and another employee snapped, “I already told her we don’t have it!” No one asked for my name, phone number, or made any effort to follow up. There was zero concern for customer service or accountability.
Mistakes happen, but the way this team handled it was unprofessional and dismissive. Thankfully, I won’t be returning—Domino’s Singleton has officially lost a loyal customer.

I called two times this month ordered pizza get their give them my name and they say there's no order I've been coming here for years I'm done with this place just a waste of gas and time
Ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas late last night with extra toppings. Ordered delivery though we live close by. Received raw pizza with barely any toppings. Too tired to argue last night after long flight from Puerto Rico. So I called this am. I was told I should have called back last night, there was nothing that could be done about my order, that she didn't believe me, I needed proof. I let her know I took pictures. She stated there were no credits posted since I didn't call night before, that there was nothing she could do. Asked for a manager and girl said she was the manager. Makes me really want to order pizza from this place again... Way to go Domino's.

This was my last review of the 4 stars but this time I’m giving them two stars. We had something that was spilled all over the second box that I did not see until after I left then our pizza look like it had been sitting out for a super long time and left overcooked it was horrible. And it’s super hard. last time and every time we’ve gotten pizza in the past, it has been five stars all the way it’s a shame for Super Bowl that it’s gotta be like this. Kind of sad.
